I bought the top end petrol Executive edition. The Pros and Cons. Pros: 1. Leather seats, spacious cabin. 2. Ventilated Seats, sun roof let's the hot air get our quickly. 3. Beautiful exteriors, auto dimming rear view mirrors. Cons: 1. Clutch is so hard - harder than a lorry! I am now suffering from muscle pain. I took the car to the service center today, they said all cretas have the same hard clutch. I am not a novice driver, I've been driving cars for the last 15 years, I've never experienced this hard clutch. Now I read comments on hard clutch of Verna and Creta. 2. Power - Petrol version requires lot of gear shifts in city traffic. I would have expected my creta to pick up speed from around 25 kmph in third gear without a need to downshift. No, it requires downshift to 2nd, and then immediate upshift to 3rd within a few seconds. With a "stony" clutch, it is horrible. On ghat roads (Kottayam to Thekkady - not so steep), it required downshifting to 1st. 3. Mileage: Varies from 7.5 to 11kmph depending on the traffic. 4. Wireless connectivity is useless as it wont work with Android Auto. Android Auto requires an USB connection. Also, with the USB cable plugged in, big phones like s9+ will not fit in the space provided, the phone will have to be kept on the front passenger seat. I'll NOT recommend Creta to anyone. I am stuck with this junk box now!

Overall Creta is a good car to drive. Basically it's more of a family car because of its rear-seat space and it's styling makes it more of a practical car to buy. Overall it's Hyundai which makes Creta a more reliable car when compared to its competitors like Kia seltos and mg hector. I own a 1.6 petrol engine which has a sensational performance. One thing which I don't like about creta is the hard plastics that are being used in all over the car. Overall it's a fun car to drive

I have driven my car almost 1,00,000kms but, still, it's running on the roads as horse. It's smooth as butter. There's no other option if you want to buy an SUV and that too economical and with great comfort and luxury. Its just Hyundai Creta

Only say that the car is amazing and best in this price range of 10 lakh, there are so many competitors but this is chosen as the best trending car under 10 lakh, even in 2020, as the features are awesome.

Very comfortable for long rout Driving. Specious leg room for back row. Big luggage space. Stuning look classy interior I purchased it in 2015 till now its performing aowesome in fule milage.

Everything is satisfactory but as company told 21 kilometers mileage but getting 16 kilometers only, performance and comfort are very good, looks wise we feel very luxurious and I am satisfied very much apartment from mileage.

I own Hyundai Creta 1.6 SX Diesel 2016 model. I past 3 years twice I faced steering wheel lock issue while vehicle is in move. Hyundai Service center couldn't assure with a permanent fix for this Life Threatening problem (either to you or 3rd party). Just imagine, you are driving in the road and suddenly you couldn't turn your steering vehicle until you switch off and on the ignition. It could be a disaster. Right! It looks there is a "Motor Position Sensor Error" in steering wheel and it appears and disappear(if service center do any Software update) now & then. The worst part is Hyundai doesn't take this issue seriously even after complain and Hyundai doesn't have any permanent solution till now. So, beware of this low quality parts in Hyudai Creta and take care while you drive or buy.

I have purchased Creta Petrol Executive in Mar-19. When you go through the creta catalog, you see a lot of attractive features,but will you get all those features ..Not all but definitely few. Hyundai has launched many variants of creta...each have some stand apart features but no version have got all those features. The model I have purchased has following exclusive features, 1. Sunroof : Entertaining for children if there is any among your family.   2. Ventilated seat: It can give a little bit of comfort during your long drive. Comes at a price of your home AC.   3. Rear View camera: Helps you park confidently.  4. Premium leather seat: Looks and feel premium.  5. Six air bags: It is fitted with.  6. ESP: It has Electronic stability program which might be working during sudden steer but not experienced so far.  7. Good sound system: It features a arkamys sound system to have localized sound inside cabin. 8. Boot net: Easy to carry a watermelon in dikki by holding it through boot net. It doesn’t roll over during drive. 9. Smart Band: I use this band now in place of my mi3 band. It gives freedom from carrying key. Smart band needs to be charged every 12 days interval. 10. Silent cabin: You can have a decent conversation inside. You can’t tell if engine is running. My son told once few years back for some other car“ Yes … Engine is running because rpm meter needle is not at zero” and that’s the way I identify whether the engine of creta is running. but it misses on many features such as, 1. No voice command- You cannot call anyone through voice command. You need to stop your vehicle to call someone from your contact list. You can only call recent dialed number through pressing a button on steering twice . This is a big feature miss. No Hyundai have this features which is a common in s cross, Ford eco etc.  2. No Auto link- Creta catalog have a dedicated page for auto link which will help monitor your vehicle health and driving pattern. But this is limited to Dual tone variant only. Creta Executive doesn't have this feature. A big miss again.  3. No child seat anchor points: This model doesn't have this. Only automatic transmission features child seat mount. Again a big miss for Creta exec.  4. No 60:40 split seat: If your child wants to play inside car then this one is a great features. Even in case of three person and big luggage this feature helps. This is missing in Creta Executive.  5. No Remote boot opener- it is not there though featured in it's catalog.  6. No voice recognition for GPS : A big miss again. You need to connect to Android auto for voice recognition . This doesn't work. System will always tell you " I couldn't understand but I can learn". Disappointing.  7. Low powered petrol version: Don't go by engine size . 1.6 litre petrol is fuel hungry but powerless specially when you climb an incline. Highest torque on 4800 rpm while normally you run your car in 1000–2000 rpm range. Imagine engine sound at 4800 rpm. Mileage less than 10 KM/L for city and around 15 KM/L for highway.  8. No light in vanity mirror: My wife always tells me why it is not there when other low budget cars have this.  9. No Auto retract rear view mirror on lock: Rear view mirror doesn't get retracted upon locking the vehicle this makes the ORVM damage prone. This feature is prevent in other cars like i20.  10. Useless Mirror link: This is a feature for making Creta catalog attractive but this is useless. This comes on outdated phones which no one carry. Upon insisting, Hyundai sent a outdated phone model list of 2017 which supports mirror link.  11. No Tyre pressure monitoring system: This is a good safety feature specially for them who fail to recognize if their Tyre has low or no air. This can prevent a lot of accident upon Tyre air leak. Missing features in Creta.  12. No 4 wheel drive: Though this is also not common in other cars.  13. Hill hold not of any use: This feature is not of any use as I have experienced. I often run in hilly roads. It gives around 1 second hold when you leave brake at incline to press accelerator but I couldn't able to use it.  14. Need foot step to go inside car: For children and short height family members specially ladies. Foot step need to be fitted by dealer at extra cost and it is prone to get rubbed in walls due to projected portion. It should be fitted only if essential.  15. Hard dashboard: it doesn't have soft touch dashboard. 16. No Aux Port- Yes.. It doesn’t feature aux port. I use Bluetooth to connect. 17. No Traction Control System (TCS) : This model doesn’t have it. TCS requires on slippery roads for acceleration by preventing free wheel spin. 18. Only Manual Transmission- Yes.. Top model comes in only Manual. I considered manual as one of my friends told me that there is more chance of getting sleep while driving in case of automatic :). Advice worth considering. Apart from this, I noticed the issue of non stop beep sound and no FM response. I think non stop beep was warning sound due to some harness issue. Though these issues disappeared automatically later on. Explore all options and take test drives before purchasing Creta or any other car. Take time and visit showrooms. Don’t rely much on car comparison sites. Note: Non stop emergency beep sound reoccurred and service center people took the car to service center for further troubleshooting. They found issue with music system and they updated the software. Hope this has corrected the issue.

Good experience and worth buying this car for a city limit drive and long drive experience. As this is a mid size vehicle it gives you a benefit to travel in traffic aswell. Long drive gives a super economical solution.
