One of the best car on road till date. Better than Kia Seltos, tried many cars since a long time but Toyota Urban Cruiser is one of the best car I have seen. Look wise specious, one that each and every family needs.

It was a wonderful experience in buying this vehicle specially the high variant with manual transmission which will be the most value for money spent. Previously we used to have a Maruti swift Dzire in which we have experience several service related issues from the dealership. This is the main reason for shifting to Toyota. Where the hospitality, service and ownership are mainly concentrated. Though it was only 5 k more expensive than brezza, it was worth for spending that difference amount for such a fantastic, good looking front grill and fog lamp housing. finally a good and sensible option for the people going in a tightened budget.

This has nothing from Toyota. If it lasts more than 3 years of their warranty period, you will be the most lucky person. Very inferior built. Promised Apollo tyre during test drive and delivered with MRF tyres. When asked got very irresponsible response that it's their decision on which tyre we use. all even datson cars have better seats. Built is very bad and covered with fancy looks. Not worth the price Toyota demands. Same Breeza from Maruti comes with better price. Please suggest this car to your enemy only. As Toyota couldn't stand the competition started cheating people with their brand name. Please be careful

Low quality materials used. Most of the door pad locks broken with 1 time opening for fixing sun film. Cheap speakers, not getting safe feeling when inside Car body not that much strong, even a minor accident can Create big damage. More concentration on cheating customers with good looks. Inside it is all crap.

Bad decision. Feeling very unsafe in this car. Built quality is very bad not fit for rough use. Cheap tyres. Overall, absolutely not worth the money. Feeling cheated. Toyota is not a reliable car maker anymore. Feeling guilty that I neglected Indian brand Mahindra. Even same car from Maruti would have been better.

Not worth the money. Very cheap behavior from Harsha Toyota Chennai. Please inspect the car before you pay. They change tyres. Built quality is very cheap. Plastics used is of the cheapest grade. Car only looks good from outside. Inside it is all very cheap interiors. I have more doubts on the safety part now. Toyota is not a trust worthy company any more. All there 6 sigma and quality standards are compromised in this product.

It is a very good car in segment D. Pleasing by their approach. I was thrilled in Driving this SUV. The hill assist is excellent. The performance and pick up are extremely superb. It looks are like fortuner. Service is really excellent. Pros: An excellent and spacious cabin. Specially Hill ride is superb Excellent with latest features Cons: one touch window mirror up and down is available only with driver, it should be given to all.

Last December 2020, I've bought Urban Cruiser Mid MT. I had very good experience buying from Toyota (I went to Maruti for Brezza, but didn't buy from Maruti only because of their behavior). I will definitely recommend Toyota as a brand. Riding quality and engine smoothness is there to be felt. Those skills are highly inspired by Toyota Fortuner. Urban Cruiser feels confident in high speeds. Mileage is decent for 1.5L engine. Servicing in Toyota is 5/5. They don't push you to buy unnecessary products unlike some other companies. And you get enough respect as a customer. As a con, no android auto in Mid MT, and no Hill hold assist. We expect these features after paying almost 10L on road price in Kolkata.
