      Exterior Top model has new bumpers which are sporty and a bit different look than older Micra

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Mix of Black and a bit of beige is neat and tidy

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is fun to drive though the toque is not spontaneous when you want to accelerate on flover I attribute that to the engine tuning for mileage rather than performance. I have driven around 1450 kms majority on highway(70%) and 30% in city. It is giving a combined mileage of 20.1 km as per onboard computer but as per my calculations it is giving around 19.5 km. Though it is early to figure out as the car is yet to go for first service. Also it was mostly without AC being on. Gearbox intially was notchy and every time you put into reverse there is shreiking noise of gears but now it has gone off. 

      Ride Quality & Handling Handling is superb and it goes wherever you ask it to go. With 14 inch wheels stability is there though there is some body roll. Ride quality is fine in the city though you will bumps at highways slighty.

      Final Words Good family car.

      Areas of improvement Better gearbox, Rear wiper/ defogger, fog lamps.

      Exterior

      Mine is a Torquise Blue. The paint quality is very good. Body is tough. Many of my friends have tested my car on very bad roads and they are very satisfied with the ride. Mine is only 4 days old and odometer showing 190km+, no metal sound on bad roads.  

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

      Speacious interior. The dashboard is simple, but good. Front seats are comfortable. Being a 5'10", I am confortable with the legroom in both rows.   

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

      Being a new learner, I feel the engine quite and gear-shifting is easy. My friends who won Swift, i10, Santro etc., found the car very interesting and driving it fun. The actual fuel economy I got from Itanagar to Gogamukh (150km approx)  16.4km/ltr.

      Ride Quality & Handling

      Ride quality & handling is very good and I find it very easy and fun.

       

      Final Words

      Its a power-packed car with lots of Safety feature under 5 lakhs. I have bought this car because of its fresh look and safety features it offer to me and my family. 

      Areas of improvement  

      The antenna is very long and there is only one reverse lamp (left side).

      As this car came in market to beat Swift so not so good looking but does the job.

      Exterior Body structure is good.

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Instant cooling AC, Dashboard is full of plastic feel, Missing the handle bar.

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I've encountered that my reverse gear stucks from the beginning, Gives the sufficent average of 18-20 on highway. Performance wise is okay runs smooth, no engine noise at 120 - 140 kmph speed (On AC).

      Ride Quality & Handling Doesn't handle cornering at high speed, Lacks stability.

      Final Words I own Nissan Micra Active XV(Petrol) June 2013 and driven only 13,000 kms. Till date I've not spend a single rupee on car (as it's all depends on how well you maintened car). So 0 cost maintenance. Spare wheel as it is no single puncture yet. Driven mostly on NH and SH. I've only 2 problems 1) Reverse gear stucks sometimes 2)Boot door manually I've to lock. It's not simply you close and the door gets locked. Everytime.

      Areas of improvement The executive of IB Nissan Jamnagar named Sanjay troubled us a lot. He always bring new customer to see our car and approach us to see, even some has taken the test drive. Because of my father's humble nature that sales executive took thi advantage(by the time I wans't present in my city).

      Budget car, Power full AC, Good for 5 person, Turning Radius 4.65MManually have to lock boot door frequently, plastic cabin, too much cost cutting, no vanity mirror

      Exterior Looks are good. Looks fresh and stylish.

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Intrior space is decent. Rear under thigh support is poor though. Boot size very good.

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox 2nd gear is especially notchy, Changing gears 2nd at 20, 3rd at 30, 4th at 40 and 5th at 50 is utterly irritating. Despite this, mileage is just so so..around 12-12.5 in city with AC. On Highways, its 16 or so with AC.

      Low end torque is poor. So once u slow down the car, regaining speed takes hell lots of time. On slopes and even slightly rough roads, car gives up, so u have to downshift to continue at same speed.

      But even with full load, once you are past low speeds, car drives and accelerates well, even past 120. Its stable and comfortable and feels like a sedan. Full marks here. Highway driving the car is fun.

      Noise insulation is again not good. You can make out the kind of road you are driving just by listening to the tyre-road sound.

      Ride Quality & Handling Its decent. Shockers are also not bad. Of course, its not as good as a sedan but works. Body roll is not much and car controls well.

      Final Words It was cheaper than grand i10 and Swift by 30k minimum when I bought it, and then too came with a driver airbag standard. So in that sense I am satisfied. Swift, despite being a superb car has a poor boot space. Also airbag is not given. Grand i10 can be a better alternative I guess since prices have converged now. If boot space does not bother anybody, Swift is clear winner among the three. It drives just beautifully.

      Areas of improvement A lot. Frequent gear changes are irritating. Mileage is so so. Low end torque, Notchy gears, Noise insulation, Performance on slope/rough roads. Rear seats. And current price. I would love to have this car with a Swift Engine!

      It's has an awesome design looks and feel. The shape is different and appealing from other competitors in the market. Body is tough and makes this car strong and bold. Interior features are again very beautifully crafted. 1198cc engine is very quite and there is no noisy engine sound and thus very smooth. The sound quality of inbuilt music system is very good and natural, the boot space is really very good. I suggest others to buy this car to ride the best design and technology.

      Good hospitality by Nissan dealers compared to other cpmpetitive dealers Regarding driveabiity,It's a great hatch back with a gorgeous drive feeling..you will feel good stability with no vibrations at top speed 120 to 140 in highways and just you feel like u are in 40 to 50..(Ie) the drive stability is awesome It is a sexy hatch back with sporty model design curvature at rear end.. If you remodify with stickers then it will be awesome Coming to performance the initial torque response is very good and the power during high speed makes us tempt to drive again and again Coming to service Nissan need to increase the dealer service in mire numbers Pros It really makes our feel to drive once more Cons Service centres need to increase I love this car a gorgeous street fighter

      Buying experience: The Car I bought was the 2015 model. I bought it in the month of June, 2015 and since then the Car has never let me down when it comes to the performance aspect and sense of space. This Car is the entry level Car of Nissan India. I chose this Car for its uniqueness and exterior looks.
      Riding experience: I spend most of the time in the driver's seat and when I say it feels spacious, you got to trust me. There's ample amount of headroom and legroom. The car I have doesn't come with height adjustable driver's seat But I'm okay with the way the seat is being adjusted. I can see the bonnet of the car, though not fully. The rear seats has loads of space for 3 adults, and when time comes, you can fit in the 4th person without having a problem. The ride quality is on the softer side, honestly, and it succeeds in maintaining great stability on the open highways at speed of 100kph. Cruising on 100kph is not a problem. As the Car has the lowest ground clearance in its class at about 154mm, you need to completely slow down when you see a huge speed breakers. Otherwise, the Car will bottom it out. First I thought that 154mm is quite low but as I learnt to ditch the huge speed breakers with this Car, I feel that 154mm is enough if you have good driving ability, enough to tackle all your speed bumps out there on the tarmac. Out on the bad roads, the Car rides quite decent with decent amount of road noise, which should not be a problem for normal people. I took the Car out into deep corners, incline and ghats section and I didn't have any problem with the way the Car behaves and it quite delivers though you cannot go hard into a Corner. A recommended speed would be a good 75-80kph, go beyond that and the Car seems to roll quite a bit. When it comes to Steering, the Car fails miserably. It lacks feel and feedback and I can honestly say, that it is not an enthusiasts Car. The feedback from the steering wheel is good in city and highways, but when cornering is where it loses its steam. You have to be very careful into a corner or you may under steer. When, with 5 people, the Car's riding experience seems to be better than with 1 or 2 people. With 5, the Car absorbs all the bumps. Yes. Overall, a good riding experience with this Car.
      Details about looks, performance etc: The Car looks quite funky and oval in shape. The looks is unique and clean. Nissan India did a great job in keeping up the clean looks of the Car and disregarding all the sharp lines, found on the elite i20 and Swift. The looks of the Car tends to grow on you as you spend more time with Car. Let me tell you one thing, whenever I parked this Car, I always look back to it from a distance for the way it looks. Cute hatchback. And comes the most vital part of this Car, the Performance. When it comes to the performance Aspect, Nissan India have hit the ball right out of the park. The most peppy engine in its class for sure. It comes with a 1.2 litre naturally aspirated petrol engine (with no diesel option) But the tuning is different from other 1.2 litre petrol engine like that of the Maruti's or Hyundai's. The engine is tuned down for city usages. Hence the 67hp and 104 nm of torque unlike the others, 83/82hp and 115/114nm of torque. But I quite like the way the Car is being tuned. The gearbox performs decently as compared with the elite i20. The gear throws are okay and it is not as slick as that of its rivals. In fifth, 60kph comes in at about 1900rpm, 70kph at about 2000rpm and 100kph at about 3000rpm. The gear shift indicator pops up as soon as you hit the 1950rpm mark. The Car redlines at about 5250rpm and you can rev this Car hard without straining its engine. The low end and mid range is dull on this Car and you have to work on the gears if you want to overtake a moving vehicle in cities. The top end is where the engine shines, shoots past the 2000rpm mark, there's loads of torque and power delivery which is good for highway trips. The power comes in smoothly and linearly, and no jerks is felt with slamming hard on the gas pedal. The top end is insane in this Car. Thumps up for that, I'd give 9/10 for the way the engine behaves in the top end. The best crusing speed recommended for this Car is at around 90kph. The NVH level is good when all the windows is closed. Even with 5 people, the engine is punchy but you have to maintain its rev needle beyond 1800-1900rmp mark. In case if you need one, the engine idles at around 1100rpm.
      Servicing and maintenance: The service centres pays attention to you and your Car. I never had any issue with servicing. Though the service costs is high as compared to other companies. But for the high service costs, you cannot overlook what the Car delivers in reality. And the service costs is what leads the people into buying Cars from Maruti/Hyundai. If you don't show an understanding of a good car, good car will never be made at all. Micra Active is a good Car, I'm not against Maruti or Hyundai, nor am I a fanboy of Nissan India, I'm speaking this and writing this review from a enthusiast viewpoint.
      Pros and Cons: Pros: Good punchy engine Light steering for city The steering weighs up in high speed Self centering steering wheel Spacious Can fit 6 people. 4 people in the back, and 2 up front. Decent air throws from the AC. MID display. Stability on the highway. Powerful top end. Great high speed stability. Cons: Softer riding experience. Low ground clearance. Dull feedback from the steering wheel when cornering. Low and mid range is not up to the mark. Low power delivery below 2000rpm. Spongy brake pedals. Hard clutch but not too hard. Low profile tyres.

      Car got delivered in a week. Have done lots of trips and enjoyed driving a lot. It looks neat and cute. It's performance is well fit for Indian road. Easy steering and fun driving car. Can reach 160 kmph easily. Also abs and ebd help to stop as soon as possible. It's in control of driver and I love to drive it. Service is cheaper compare to most of its competitors. Maintanance is tension free. Nissan service center takes care of all these. It has all i need. Good sound system. Good AC. Not bad seats. Good space and legroom. Luggage space is also good. Overall I can name it best low priced high end car for a small family..

      Exterior The exterior is quite good, looks unique, and the design of car was aplauded by many collegues and friends.It has a very big boot space almost 285 lt. which can eat all the luggage.

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The instantaneous fuel effiency is great, and gives accurate fuel effiency, thanks to the drive computer in the speedo.

      Interiors could be made much better ,the interiors are not that appeling as the exteriors.

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Very smooth engine, there is no hurdle in shifting the gears, the power delivery is great, thanks to the 1.2 l engine. I get a fuel effiency of 17.2KMPL in city and close to 20 on crusing the highway.

      Ride Quality & Handling Great braking. the ventilated disk brakes are the reason for this, the car is quite stable even at the speed of 130kmph.

      This is best car for the drive in city since the turning radius is 4.5m it actually makes easy to drive through the small streets in My place. I purchased this car three months ago from SURYA NISSAN marathalli, A silver micra active, Here is my first review after 3500 Kilometers!

      Final Words Overall its a great car for the price, and a must buy for people who is gonna buy their first car!

      Areas of improvement The interiors need tto be improved(Compared to the new i20), The ground clearance need to be improved.
