My buying experience has been good with Ahmedabad MG Dealer when it comes to specifically sales executive, front desk, support staff, exchange department, General Manager, delivery & cafe. Anthony is courteous, much knowledgeable, and sometimes when he is not sure about something he doesn't hesitate to accept and takes advice from the respective department or seniors when needed. The front desk and other staff were polite and always present to attend to the customers. The only issue with the staff I faced was with the RTO representative. The person was not updated with all the rules, the currently active registration series, and the backlog/time a process gonna take. Though the person was polite and has never been rude with words but did lack some knowledge as per the market needs. I loved the car and so did my family. The best things I can put with my personal experience are the performance of the engine, turning / curving headlights, low in-cabin noise, smooth gear shift, AI Robot, and the feature-rich machine. Other few things I like are the music system with good quality speakers, 360° camera, clear view of the road from the driver's seat, and comfortable AC. I feel the manufacturer can improve on more balanced infotainment, the position of the cruise control lever, more options for interior as well as exterior color, in-cabin storage, the option to select upholstery material and color, same sized alloy stepney of R17 215/55 instead of steel radial that is R16 215/65. Many users have complained about mileage but I personally didn't find much difference when I compared it with Honda City, Honda Elevate, KIA Seltos, Hyundai Creta / Venue, or Verna. And if you want to see mileage as your primary need... Go for Maruti / Suzuki or Tata. Simple...

Nice look and stylish car with every basic features in the car. comfort, boot space is little low, good ac vents, better infotainment system, very good, compare to other car.

Driving experience is nice, its feels really smooth. Comfortable, suspension feel really balanced, drive on rough road also. you will not feel so much hard bumps. Just feel rear sit space could be better, as I, 6 feet so rear seat, space feels lesser.

Took a short test drive. Amazing driving experience. Looks great inside out. Feature loaded SUV. MG being a new entrant in the country, let's hope the after sales service is good. Must say that they have understood the pulse of we Indians and already started making a mark. They should be the top sellers in years to come with cars that suits every consumer's requirements.

This Car is Best in Segment compared to other brands in India... I personally feel that the Car is loaded with many many luxurious features in that price Range.. About Fuel economy, I am getting 22~24 km/ liter on Highways.. What else I can expect from Petrol Car.. I would recommend to buy Sharp Model of MG ASTOR

I Booked MG Astor online after Launch.Showroom contacted me within days and ensured delivery date within a week.Exceeds my expectation compare to previous Ford experience I had.Drove it from Pune to Kolkata and back with full house, never felt lack of power in CVT. Easily handled Off road with enough ground clearance and enough torque mostly during drive in Orissa.Smooth in bad road condition.Never felt fatigue during maximum driving of 700 km.Overall it's what I can expect form an SUV.Looks like a premium car.Many time people took their photos with the car, mostly teenage boys and girls.Service response is very good.No complain after my 2nd free service.As compared to my previous experience with ford, the car was never felt serviced a bit after received from service center.With MG at least I can feel like AC starts cooling more faster. Pros:: Build quality, Interior, ADAS Cons: Poor mileage in CIty, Missing Auto Dimming Mirror.

Cost is very high. Not good as hector. not comfortable for 500km rides. Mileage is just 10-12 km per litre on highway. not worth to spend such big amount on this poor car. ground clearance is low.
