मारुति सुज़ुकी स्विफ्ट [2011-2014] यूज़र रिव्यूज़

Well, i would like to say that its a daam amazing car with good pickup and very good engine. Have driven more than 80000 km and never felt boring. Every day I drive this, i have a big smile on my face as its fun to drive. I totally loved it. Have driven it very carelessly and not braking while crossing speed breaker and this car is just fab.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is the same with good performance and fuel economy.

Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality is fair enough. I found the steering too smooth. Handling is good.

Final Words The hype Maruti did and what they are offering compared to the price hike is a failure as per me. Making a vehicle light weight is definately going to give you extra mileage. They have just tried to copy what Ford is offering in Figo. But are not up to the mark.

Areas of improvement The bulky shape of Swift. Should be more slim to manuovere in the city traffic. The boot space is a big? I had also spoke to Maruti Customer care regarding the boot space and the rear seat leg room, last year. They have come up with the leg room with a crumpled boot. At the given price they should be offering Rear Wiper or atleast Rear Defoger, Music system. 

They have made a liitle leg room for the rear seats. Fuel economy due to light vehicle.Boot space is too less. No Music system provided. Pricing too high compared to competition (eg.Ford)

 has cheap plastics and boring interiors

 VDI version costs u 7.15 lakhs on road without music systems, where for the same price u could go for a entry level sedan or a higher varient cars in its segment like, VW polo, Fiat punto. with more features and less to add further as they give audio system also. simply a price hike around 40k isnt worth. Just if u are a fan of MS SWIFT go for it. or else there are plenty of good cars with better features for that price.

 go for it if you are really desperate for it and can shell out more money.

Areas of improvement  

 interiors and pls reduce the price. Just changing the design and raising the price by such a huge margin is really not appreciable

Exterir is good when compared to old swift, but not great as other vehicles like i20 and polo.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

 Interiors of the car is very poor. especially the plastic used for interiors. Back seat boot space is very very less. even the back winow. Even luggage space also very less.

Looks wise interiors are ok not great.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

 This is the factor that keeps the swift is the number one car in india since 5-6 yrs. Really excellent pick up. very good millage. But gearbox should improve. I am finding difficulty when keeping reverse gear(may be problem with my car).

Ride Quality & Handling

 Easy handing, especially when you are driving in citi conditions. Power steering is awsome. Once if you drive it, u will feel difference. Cabin noice also less when compare to old swift.

Final Words

Swift is the great car. But its not a  car for value for money.

If you are expecting stylish looks and more comfort definitely u will disappoint.

If you are expeting great power and millage then u will be very much satisfied.

But the price is too heigh if u compare to figo. You can get the figo titanium diesel version for the money you are spending for VDI version(Including the money for the accessories). Previously theere s some difference between price for i20 and swift. Now both are same.

More over you will not get any discount from the dealer.

 Need to improve interiors and qulaity of the plastic. Back look is also not great.

Exterior Looks like a sports car. very stylish and youngsters car.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interier not in dual tone. ONly Black does not looks too good. Comfertable level is high.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox For performance and fuel economy, this car is best one. I have taken 21 kmpl milage with AC.

Ride Quality & Handling Many people say that swift has break problem, but i had checked this car upto 160kmph speed, very good handling and control. 

Final Words This car is VALUE FOR MONEY. This car is very good. I am driving this car approx 120 km daily and i am very glad to purchase this car. This car is very much comfertable. Once i have driven this car approx 1150km continuesly without any stay, Only some tea stops were there, and it was ok, even passengers in SUV got tired but my family members were totally fresh. and i calculed milage of 21.5 kmplwith AC on that trip.

Areas of improvement Boot space is low.

After driving maruti around 1000.00 KM its Brake started giving noise when applying. I took it work shop on 19-01-2013 with mileage at 1095.00 KM. They have fixed the problem by Calipar Pin Greasing and problem is fixed. But after fews days later it Brake again started givng noise when applying so I again went to Work Shop on 09-02-2013 with mileage 1738.00 and they fixed the problem and when i asked about the problem the person told me that some time dust came into Brakes and we cleaned that.

On 18-05-2013 did second service. But after few days later it again started giving noise when applying Brake so went to work shop on 13-06-2013 with mileage 3782.00 and they changed the Sliding Pin Set and charged Rs. 780/-. When i asked about them why are you charging money they said that it is not in warranty.

Welcome to the Maruti Lowest Maintenace running Cost. I still need to check wether problem will occure again in few days or not.

Very disappointed that Maruti is using so cheap parts in their most popular car Swift which needs to changed with in 4000 KM driving and most important thing is that spare part is used in Brakes the critical part of any vehicle. Maruti is using very cheap spare parts in their Car and looting customer by giving their car.

Right now it is giving mileage between 15 to 16 in mixed High Way and Delhi-NCR traffic.

I have driving my swift from last 1.3 years and i found that its at its Milege Prmosie and all the performance issue is based on the driver  - how he/she drives through city/ highway.

I am geting the perfect performance of my swift. Its gives me 23/km on highway and 20/km in city. I would say that its all depends on driver how he/she may drive the car.

But yes I found one fault that its break are somehow poor compare to its body and Engine segment/capacity.Maruti has to improve it to give the better grip on controling. I would like to say that if you really wana maintain your car very smoothly than stick with only one gerage with specific Service Supervisor who will guide you for your any of the query.

From the very first day i am geting my service from Kiran Morots Ahmedabad, on S G Highway.

And I found that they are giving very good service to the customer at their satifactory level.

I am very much satisfied with service and support what they are giving to customer.

I just found a very much intresting thing about this MASS is that if they found anything related to anything in our car which is faulty and falling under the waranty than they will just inform us that they are changing this part due to the reason and will replace it under waranty.

So from the above sentense i will say that they are defently concerntrate on our query or complaint and after that also before handed over to us they are doing inspection of our vehical completly and than if they satisfied with thier own work they will intimate us that Sir you car is ready to ride.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Are good in VDI. I have customized some how for Sounfd and Seats with very much high quality stuff fitted in it.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox all the mechanic things are at there best of performance and no other complaint with it.

Ride Quality & Handling is some how  very good than other card in the same segment.

Final Words as I say its a awesome machine which I got from maruti. I am enjoying my Journey with my swift at anytime and at anywhere.

Areas of improvement As per my review area of inprovement will be Break.

Good Fuel Consumption and best confortBreaks

Exterior Bumpers to be of metal instead of plastic.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Sapce between rear seat & front to less, Second less space for luggage etc in back.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Claimed 23 by maruti but not going up by 18 KMPL overall.

Ride Quality & Handling Beware of animals like rat etc. easily entered in Veh & damage interior and if you go to dealership/ Co they will blame you by saying that these animals normally entering in the veh.

Final Words Very poor response over customer concern even by dealer as well as company.

Areas of improvement Need to evaluate theirself once again, and do not went aside by their product issues, safety is a big concern in the veh as rats are usually enters in the veh as per dealer and company might produced obstuckle while you drive the veh leads to cause accident.

Exterior Not as good as existing model . Swift was basically famous for its back side shape. As back side has been fully changed therfore its sales may be droped.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interiors are not upto the mark as required for maruti.Dash board looks cheapy.Glass holders has ben removed.Front wind screen looks very small.Rear seat leg space has been decreased and so on.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Has to be tested yet.

Ride Quality & Handling More or less like previous model.

Final Words As per my opinion the existing (old model) shape is very cute. bold, sporty, zanky, impresive and catchy.It looks different from all the car models in india or abroad. Maruti should rethink for its new swift.Before its launch i supposed to buy new model but on watching it at Hira Patiala , i drop the idea as it is less in all fields as compared to old model.

Areas of improvement Shape should be changed to previous model.Leg space at rear should be increased.prices should be kept as low as possible.Dash board should be smooth and straight as in previous model.Height should be increased.
