      Pathetic after-sales service. My car went in for accidental damage claim. Though I was promised a cashless claim in writing, it wasn't approved. My car has been in the Kia service center for over 3 weeks and yet they do not have the complete parts to fix it. When I call them, they keep on delaying and no listening or proper grievance redressal mechanism is in place at all. Worst experience than any other automobile company ever. Buy from Kia only if you would like to waste your time, effort and get irritated while they sit there and do nothing about it.

      Kia Seltos is the best car in all over cars & it is my family member. The Seltos is designated as a global product with three variations introduced for different markets. The first variation is the largest version of the Seltos which is manufactured in South Korea (codename: SP2) mainly aimed for developed markets including North America and Australasia. The two other variations are the Indian-made Seltos (codename: SP2i) and the closely related Chinese version badged as the Kia KX3 (codename: SP2c). The SP2i and SP2c models are the low-cost versions of the Seltos to penetrate emerging markets, built on the Hyundai-Kia K2 platform and closely related to the second-generation Hyundai Creta/ix25. Despite being a globally marketed model, the Seltos is excluded from being sold in the European market. The name "Seltos" is derived from "Celtos", the son of Hercules in Greek mythology. According to Kia, the Seltos is aimed directly at millennial and "youthful, tech-savvy buyers" looking for a vehicle that stands out from the crowd.

      Overall the performance is good with DCT but misses out the paddle shifters & panaromic sunroof which it's rivals do offer.Heads up display & 360 degree cam are one of the amazing features,The alloys are well designed & enhances the exterior looks.
