      3 साल पहले | Chetan
      No interest in customer service. Tried to book a test drive but had no revert. Then went to the showroom to check out and was assured a TD within a week. Again no revert. Called up after a week and gave some lame excuse of version not available. Then one day got an SMS thanking for a test drive taken when I had not even taken the TD yet. Hopeless service. Please gear up or you will be out soon.

      Best car in the price range. Noise-free driving. Feel good while driving. Car feels no lag while driving. The main drawback is the service centre is not available every where like other brands. Overall a perfect SUV.

      It's really awesome looking car if you prefer buying an SUV segment under 20L. Design is top Notch and has superior interiors for high-end variant and the features like monitoring the quality of air inside the car is really superb.... I would really recommend Kia seltos for people who are really looking SUV with more features....

      It is a powerful Car having Bold design than other and in HTK model there is touch screen 8inch music system with a guidance parking camera. System control on steering front fog lamp. Roof rail. Good boot space and legroom space.

      First of all I am fortunate to become the part of KIA family,I really liked this car in terms of design, interior and exterior and car performance, however, I was surprised about KIA staff service it was not acceptable,I had taken some chrome which fog light chrome they did not fit properly. Which resulted in its fall down, I was not expected their so-called service literally. please KIA works on it, despite that Mr Dinesh has given me good support and shown great professionalism. thanks.

      Servicing and Maintenance. Could have options for minor changes accommodated e.g. Changing cabin light bulbs to white, adding Full chrome-like higher models etc. On a chargeable basis. They simply refuse the most minor change and simply say Warranty will be impacted, sorry this model we can't sell that full chore etc. This can further be improved as per Indian choices where people love modifications.

      Very good car, features are worth the price, very comfortable and doesn't lack any power, I had a very good experience driving this car indeed a very nice time, the transmission also feels smooth as well and I also had a chance to take an off-road drive which wasn't difficult for the car, both suspension and power showed what it has got, overall a very good compact SUV from Kia.
