Getting DPF issues in all KIA diesel cars, please don't buy Diesel CARs. Service centre team is saying, KIA diesel car is not suitable to drive in City conditions. i am getting DPF alert every 100-200 KM in city drive conditions. Getting issue from last one year, till now they did not fix the issue.

panoramic sunroof stops working from day 1, need to do frequent resets. No option to unlock only driver side door. It is highly unsafe in india for all doors to open. No option to disable opening of rearview mirrors when near the car with key. It is very annoying feature. ADAS not configurable per feature. It gets disabled all or none. AC does not work around 24-22 degrees. It gives hot air. It has to be set to at least 18 degrees to get cold air. Customer care number lack technical knowledge. For each setting, one has to go to service station. Mileage very low. Suspensions and steering very hard compared to any maruti car. Overall not value for money.

I have an older model, I bought 4 years ago. Its after-sales experience is very bad, the touch screen freezes and stops working sometimes. The engine also makes a different voice, and the cost of repair is also high, but I think the new model does not give these issues, hopefully

Everything was good, drove the car with the full family in the Bangalore City traffic conditions in evening peak hours, handling was good, even at 30 kmph, steering becomes heavier, car looks beautiful from outside and inside, instrument cluster looks beautiful, gears are smooth, headlight throw is good, the boot is quite big. Overall car is spacious. Braking is good. You can feel the road presence. Cons: With a full load, it takes some time to take a pickup. Big speed breakers do touch if not slowed down properly Gear indication is not there, though gear upshift notification is there. 360 is not there. The speaker's sound quality is good. So much use of hard plastic in the interior I don't like, but those look good.
