The gearbox response at initial speed is bit sluggish but at a speed higher than 50 KMPH, it drives very smoothly. It's packed with lot of features - safety and utility both. People who were saying "should have bought a Fortuner" are saying just the opposite after seeing my car. It has great performance a ton of great features and looks amazing. And its road presence is on another level. About buying experience:- Customer service was amazing. Great driving dynamics, loved the music system. The interior feels premium and long-lasting. Cons:- Some rattling noise from doors due to high NVH levels can be ignored when music is on.
