I bought Tata nexon xza+ dual tone. Here is my feedback on service and product. Regarding product one can find enough information as to what is good. I will talk about problems I started facing from one month of purchase and service response: 1. Hot air coming from engine compartment to inside car through AC vent. This issue I realized around 20 days after purchasing the car. Have raised complaints on this and my car has gone 3 times to service center without any resolution. As per Tata service partner, we should always keep air circulating mode Off. So you can not have Windows closed and put blower on in morning drives to get fresh air in. 2. Heating of leg space region on driver side. Service visits twice. This is little more serious from safety point of driver. Tata service partner acknowledges the issue and I was told that they have reported this issue to technical team of Tata motors but still issue no feedback. 3. Average in city around 11.5. Since 2 days I have started seeing spanner symbol on dashboard near average display reading. I will be taking car to service centre tomorrow and this shall be 6th visit apart from 2 maintenance visits in 7 months. Overall I am not much satisfied with experience of owning nexon because it gives you now or then some or other issue. I have hyundai santro also and if I compare the ease of owning it is much better with hyundai. I never had any issue related to functioning for my I-20.

Tata made a good car but services are just as usual like before. I bought Tata nexon xza+ dual tone in petrol just back in 7 April 2019 from mascot motors, Aligarh. And in just few days I faced a lot of issues with my unit like coolent blasted inside engine cabin when I was on highway, tyre busted, front glass of window tilted one side, car ran 1123 km on 134 litters of petrol. Every time dealer take back my car and return with some other issues without solving previous ones. Pathetic experience with tata. Pathetic experience with dealership as well as Tata.

Regret buying this car, biggest mistake ever made in life up to this date. The car may seem superb in terms of design, interior quality and ride comfort but it is definitely not enough for a car to be sold in the market. Tata has taken its inspiration from Jaguar&Land Rover. Nexon has lots of amazing but what it lacks is the poor quality of the inner technical builts. Lots of flaws which are hidden under the car which may arise may be weeks or months after-sales. Some experience it on the day of its delivery. Just like me!! That's okay! if the car is creating issues, you will go to your nearest service centre with maximum hopes for your car to be fixed. but this is the worst part. TATA SERVICE IS A BUNCH OF UNPROFESSIONAL DUDES TRYING TO HIDE THE PROBLEM BY DIVERTING CUSTOMERS MIND OR BY SAYING ITS NORMAL. MY NEXON (driven only 4300kms) HAS A PROBLEM OF RATTLING SOUND FROM FRONT AND REAR SUSPENSION WHICH CAN ONLY BE NOTICED AT LOW SPEEDS AND SPEEDBUMPS. MY NEXON GOES TO SERVICE CENTER 5 TIMES A MONTH!! AND EACH TIME IT COMES BACK, THERE IS NO PROGRESS AND IT STILL MAKES THE RATTLING SOUND. EACH OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS/ FRIENDS CAN EASILY HEAR THE NOISE FROM CAR BUT TATA SERVICE PEOPLE ARE DEAF! THIS PROBLEM IS STILL NOT FIXED UP TO DATE. the problem started at October 2019 and today is January 2020 They even forgot to put a bolt-on the front axle while replacing it, which resulted in knocking sounds from steering. Extremely embarrassing. all they want is a car running properly irrespective to its mechanical flaws!! I will never suggest anyone go for TATA better go for Toyota, Volkswagen, Hyundai Etc they will provide you top-notch premium quality of cars which are long-lasting well built from inner and outside and are RELIABLE!!

"THE BEAST NEXON" loveliest, sportiest, precious, luxurious, all in one, my best car, My choice was best best in mileage, best in comfort, last drive unstoppable 480 km was a very good drive with comfort reliable convenient, tata motors keep changing their models features as well as designs....all the best ....

A beautiful machine with perfect specifications. Loved this car as it was so amazing when you drive it. It's very comfortable, well balanced car which everyone would love to drive and enjoy. The long drive is always a good option with this machine. Well everyone have their own taste, but for me it's an amazing car to drive.

Buying was not very difficult, dealer delayed for 3 days as promised. Riding is fine, but not smooth in bumper to bumper traffic.... Look is jealous for everyone, dual tone with orange color is dashing Servicing is awaited still. No pros. Only con at present is ..Deletion of auto door lock, which I came to know later that it is according to new safety standard. ...

I like this car , I have take test derive of my friend car ,best price in good futures Good sefty on car , good performance, Good mileage, looking sports car ,music system is also good..............
