Suzuki Ertiga GT details revealed through a new set of images

Amidst continuous speculation of an upmarket six-seater Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, a GT version has been revealed through new pictures. These images are said to have been clicked in Indonesia hinting at this variant's global launch.

As seen earlier in a black exterior colour, this Ertiga GT in red also comes with cosmetic enhancements to make the MPV look sportier. The changes are similar to the Suzuki Ertiga Sports Concept showcased at the Gaikindo International Auto Show last year. The front and rear bumpers have been tweaked with extensions and there are side skirts too. Apart from a new grille, spoiler and black alloys, the black coloured vehicle also gets red accents. Look closely and you will also notice a GT badging on the car.

The 1.5-litre petrol engine will continue to power the Ertiga GT, which is expected to be officially unveiled globally this month. There is no confirmation about any changes to the interior or if it will get captain seats in the middle row. We hope Maruti Suzuki also considers this variant for the Indian market, especially for buyers who would want their MPV to look a little unique.
