I recently bought the Grand Vitara Alpha(O), and honestly, the whole buying process felt smooth and premium compared to other Maruti cars. The moment I saw it in person, the looks won me over — the bold front grille, clean LED lights, and the overall SUV stance make it feel much more expensive than it actually is. Driving it daily has been super comfortable; the steering is light in the city and it glides over potholes without stress. On highways, it feels stable and confident, though the engine isn’t very aggressive, so quick overtakes need a little planning. Mileage has been impressive for me, usually around 15–17 km/l in the city and close to 20 on the highway, which keeps running costs low. Features like the 360° camera, panoramic sunroof, and HUD make it feel truly premium inside. Maintenance has also been easy — Maruti service is quick, affordable, and parts are always available. The only downsides I’ve noticed are that the infotainment system can lag sometimes and the engine could have been a bit more powerful, but for comfort, looks, mileage, and low maintenance, it’s a great package. For other drivers, my only advice is to keep tyre pressure correct, avoid sudden acceleration, fill fuel from trusted pumps, and service the car on time — it makes a big difference in both performance and mileage.

After sales service is very poor and not responsible of Maruti Suzuki. Another company is very responsible to this product. I have 25 year of experience with Maruti company. I m not happy experience with Maruti Suzuki.

Maruti Grand Vitara is a comfortable, fuel-efficient SUV with great road presence. Smooth drive, reliable performance, premium interiors, and perfect for city as well as highway use.

The car is very useful as a family car and very spacious for 5 - 7 seaters and gives very good mileage, and is very good in features and outer shape, and very good in price, and I have purchased in CNG model.

Fully satisfied with all expectations like purchase, driving, looks, and servicing experience. Spacious cabin and luggage box. Many plus points in this car but fog light provision is not available.

The buying experience was good, Driving experience was very good. Has issues with Maintenance of the car. Since I bought there has been a constant issue with the Airbag alarm coming now and then, which has not been rectified to date. There is an issue with the infotainment system always getting hung and no Bug fixes yet. The Nexa service centers are not as good as they claim to be.

Nowadays petrol rate increases every 1 or 2 days, but I bought the Grand Vitara Hybrid, which normaly give around 25 mileage, on the highway or expressway it gives around 28 mileage. In today's situation, the Grand Vitara Hybrid is the perfect choice for a normal family, it gives the mileage, performance and style. Also, there is no tension for charging like the electric cars.
