Great buying experience, Nexa is one step ahead in premiumness. This car drives amazingly well , you will never feel under power, until you are fully loaded with five passenger and luggage- it then lacks mid range punch. But you hardly need this - for a normal family of four - its mind blowing in ride quality and comfort. It can maneuver sharp turns at high speed with stable approach, giving all the confidence you need for hassle free drive.

At nexa it was very premium experience, even better than many premium competitors. Greet was excellent. Driving experience at first was excellent as i felt its new car, but with time I could get some or other noise from car. 1st I got sound of plastics from gear box, was quickly resolved but it again started coming. Drive in EV mode is silent but as it switches to petrol yes there is a lag. Owning XL6 previously I couldn’t find difference in power in normal or petrol mode. Our 1st and foremost priority was mileage, and yes we are satisfied. At least its better than owning an EV. Paying 23L on road we have some expectations, most of the same value cars give more features and interiors. The alloys are average, looks can say are more than average but again missing fog lamps. Cornering lights on empty streets without streetlights are a real concern. Could have given a bigger headlight assembly for cornering light. Again it could be problem in many other cars but we are talking in a mid premium car. A 5 seater premium car or can say premium priced car. Again maintaining a Maruti is like growing up a matured kid. Easy easy and easy. They deliver the car on the same day also we can walk in without appointment, most of the other brand dealers have at least 2 weeks to 4 weeks of waiting. They charge penny and don't want you to get into extras as suggested by other brand dealers. Bought the car from a Nexa dealer in Bengaluru. The sales Advisor was knowledgeable and had great service. The buying experience was smooth with zero hiccups. The car was delivered and registered within three days of dispatch from the factory. For a sedate driving style, this car suits well. It's got a great seating position, is comfortable inside, and has ample ground clearance and great suspension to tackle the bad roads. It's got sharp looks. Wasn't a big fan of low-set headlamps, as they're prone to damage. Connected tail lamps look stunning when lit up at night. With respect to performance, not for the heavy feet. Drive it with a light foot and you'll enjoy the drive. It's a beautiful cruiser, and a great mile muncher thanks to its high-speed stability. At high speeds, there's no floating feel and it feels sure-footed. The highlight is the mileage. I could squeeze double-digit mileage in peak Bengaluru traffic and easily cross 20kmpl while cruising on highways. Cannot comment much about service and maintenance as mine is a relatively new car. But, since it's a Suzuki, it should be economical to maintain. Smart looks, especially love the tail lamp design. Looks beautiful from the rear three quarters, at night. Fuel efficiency, thanks to the mild hybrid system. if I can get 12+kmpl in Bengaluru traffic, clearly a winner. Great ride and handling. Not sporty, but comfortable at low and high speeds. Can confidently tackle bad roads. No-nonsense transmission, which works perfectly fine for all scenarios. Feels better built than the lower-end Suzuki cars like Baleno, Fronx, etc. Features: It has most of the essential features and creature comforts, but the competition especially the Koreans goes the extra mile. Not gonna lie, it is pretty spacious, but as compared to my other car, the Honda Jazz, it feels a tad bit cramped, probably due to the dark interiors. A really lazy engine. Has been optimized for mileage rather than performance. Hitting three-digit cruising speeds takes a bit longer than other cars, but it does cruise comfortably without breaking a sweat.

I have not purchased it yet. Financial issues. So. Waiting to drive home this best of the best my dream car. I drove almost 8 different brands of cars in this segment. But one of the best cars with the best driving experience I had. It's just awesome in all the aspects.

My buying experience was great with Maruti Nexa. They have always been helpful and accommodating. The driving experience was just above average. The car is not the most fun to drive but meets expectations. However, it looks very sporty from behind and has a large front facia which makes it look big. Maruti's service only gets better with time and its car maintenance is least compared to other car companies.

Over priced car with good features. Creta is far better due to Maruti overpriced. Features are nice and good for family with safety. Interior is awesome. Exteriors are also good enough.

Buying experience was like a cake walk. NEXA people were awesome and were very supportive in all aspects. Just 3 months before my car was delivered. I have driven the car for few thousand kms. Till date I have not faced any issues. Look wise, it's very elegant. Interior looks are good, build quality has improved. Coming for mileage, its wow! Experience... As of now I am receiving mileage of 20km/l. Completed my 1st car service. Service support also was good...well behaved staffs..All the listed things are Pros. Cons I have is with engine power which can be improved and will stand more powerful to the competitor SUV's...
