    • Good Look and Comfort without Power and Mileage

      All new Creta is a good car considering the Look, space, comfort and driving. I have driven for 4000 Kms in city and highway. The car looks good, really very smooth to drive, accommodates with comfort. The petrol variant is underpowered and has lags. The mileage is too poor for the petrol variant. Should have to maintain 4500rpm throughout for a good performance. The LED headlights are not up to the mark. The lights need more power as it is difficult to drive at night time. The suspension is weak. The audio system is not worth for the cost of the car.

    • Creta the best choice if you are buying an SUV

      As a typical Indian we know that sedan are not our first option while buying cars due to our road condition, we look for SUV. But as most of us are from the middle-class family we can't effort to buy high-end expensive SUVs. Hyundai Creta is the best option when u r considering to buy an SUV with a low-end budget. It provides good interior n rich use of good qualities of plastic and leathers. U won't be disappointed buying it. Yes, u may say seltos is better but considering that seltos dealership is new and haven't reached to all states as well as places, if ur car breaks down it will be hard to find its mechanical parts and equipment. The 2020 creta offers a lot of features n equipment comparing to seltos . So I prefer you should go for creta .

    • Do not count on navigation or voice control

      it is one year of ownership and 11000 Km, Buying experience was good. Driving is cool, no noise of engine or tyres in cabin. looks are Ok , I wanted to have a panoramic roof which is great in winter you can keep the blind off and only glass which gives a feeling of openness and we did try to stand and feel the breeze in hills , it was great. But the voice control for phone or navigation is pathetic. 99.99% it will say I did not understand or no response from server. if you are lucky the map will take you via a wrong route or to a wrong place. I lost my temper many times and stopped using it and prefer google map on my mobile. ( on my Alto i got a system fitted from outside for Rs 7000 and it works not like Creta's) you can not expect a good fuel average, I am getting around 13-14 on highways on petrol. The cruse control is required on highways where you go occasionally and find it is working on it's own sweet will. For the last one year the service center is trying to figure out what is wrong with cruse control as it works intermittently. they tried replacing the switch, which took few months , but of no use. Not a value for money. I have City Diesel, 8yrs old more than 1 Lakh Km, NO complaints.

      The overall good car would have been better if fuel efficiency can be improved along with back suspensions actually while seating on the rear sheet you didn't feel luxurious seating, feel an ordinary car type.

    • Don't Buy new Create, No spare-parts available with Hyundai

      I got new Create 2020 and has an accident on 25th June and since then its 40 days and its in the workshop and Hyundai Motors don't have the spare parts to repair it. Please don't buy Hyundai car ever they have a very poor customer care, there area manager Mr Bhupendra Pratap doesn't even know the ETA for spare parts delivery. I sometimes feel if I ever bought a new car or not. Please don't buy a new Creta.

      I think if i am spending 16 lakhs on sx I should have brake assist feature. Tata nexon is giving all the safety like brake assist on the base model. Whereas creta on spending double money have no brake assist

      I bought Creta for new features compared to Kia Seltos. The waiting period was quite long - more than 5 months. After regular follow-up, I got the vehicle. The car design is awesome. It has good exteriors, Sunroof is the USP of the new Creta SX. The style element is always good in Hyundai I admire it. Engine/Driving is very smooth. Pickup was not that great as expected while travelling with 4 passengers. Mileage - OMG it's very poor 9 - 10 km/litre. We can buy for style... But for performance, I don't rate very high.

      Sun roof shattered while driving. Don't buy this car, most unsafe car. I bought it in September 2020. mileage max 9 km . 2nd gear sound is horrible. Maintenance will drain all your bank balance. the reason after investigation of my sunroof is ""something should have hit sir else glass wont break " and they did tried to figured it out for 2 weeks and finally said Hyundai is not accepting the warranty on glass and I should spend it from my pocket. Worst thing is even after I agreed to pay from my pocket, After 3 weeks they come and said spare part is not available with them yet. Sun roof shattering is not new for Hyundai please google it before you buy.. Most unsafe car on earth.

      The new Hyundai Creta SX 1.5 is an awesome car and looks handsome with its futuristic appeal. It is feature loaded and is purely hybrid in nature. The new panoramic sunroof and almost 10.5 inches of infotainment screen makes the vehicle more innovative and agile. They make the car standout amongst its rivals in the market. Secondly, with the Hyundai Blue link technology, it has become a pure smart car. It is one of the safest cars on road today. If compared in its price range, it is more feature loaded even compared to the cars priced in the segment of 20 Lakh and above. Lastly, the after sale service experience has been wonderful as Hyundai is a renowned king in this aspect. I want to rate 10 stars had it been possible out of 5. Just Love my beast.

      I have been using it for last one year. Creta SX has the best suspension made for Indian Road. Creta makes long trips cozy, comfortable and without out exhaustion. It has all required features keeping safety measures at priority. Gives Smooth handling & driving experience. After taking ride in Jeep Compass ,XUV 500, Nexon I find ,Creta has best suspension system which gives the cozier journey in Indian Road.
