It’s been around 1.2 years since I bought my Creta and so far the journey has been smooth with a few ups and downs. Pros: The engine is very smooth and refined, with almost no noise creeping into the cabin, which makes the drive feel comfortable and slightly luxurious. The body damping is really good and adds to the premium driving experience. On city and highway runs, the car feels smooth and easy to handle. Another positive point is the low maintenance cost, and the service quality has been excellent with professional staff, which gives peace of mind in ownership. Cons: On the downside, I don’t find the build quality to be up to the mark as the car takes scratches quite easily. Space inside the cabin is a little low compared to other cars in the same segment, which makes it less suitable for families. Another drawback is the fuel efficiency, as the car is not very economical and the average is on the lower side, which might bother people who drive a lot. Overall: Overall, the Creta is a smooth, refined and comfortable car that gives a premium driving feel with low maintenance and good service support. But when it comes to practicality, the lower mileage, average build quality and limited space make it fall short in some areas. If you are looking for comfort and refinement, it’s a good choice, but if space, economy and sturdiness are your top priorities, then it may not fully satisfy.

Overall experience is good but in features i found cost cutting like only front passenger seat is automatic adjustable not a driver seat i think if we are going to buy a top model paying 23 lakhs around so we should get a good feature loaded car just as other companies offering like Tata and i also feels very bad when i found their is no auto apple android car play in top model.

Using Creta: 5+ years, and driven 50k kms more. Pros: Best value, Good average mileage 18-20kmpl, Low maintenance cost Cons: Not the leader in Performance or comfort or premium but overall it is good package to Indians.
