      I was looking for compact SUV or SUV as have been travelling to sites very often. We zero down to two cars. Ford ecosport and Hyundai creta. It was ecosport Sports model in petrol and any available petrol variant of creta. I am die hard fan of Ford as I have been driving figo for more than 9 years. But due to very poor response from local Ford dealers on many issues I was compelled to go for creta. And believe me I am really enjoying it. Ride quality is superb, mileage I am getting 13 in city like Baroda and 18 to 20 on highways within Gujarat. I have driven it for 2500 km in 10 days. But frankly speaking,I am in love with it. I expect fuel efficiency to improve after second service. If u ask me on spending few more lac I am enjoying comfort of luxurious car.

      The best car in this segment undoubtedly, I loved it. Strong recommendation, there is no other car as creta in this segment, and also it's features matches with few of the cars which are higher in the segment quality-wise, the car is value for money and Hyundai assurance

      The Buying experience from Hyundai was as usual amazing and a smooth Process. The Driving experience is phenomenal, the steering feels really really good. The Looks of the car depend on the person, it's a car some will like and some won't, although it did appeal to my eyes. The performance of the Petrol 1.5 engine is good enough when compared to the competition, the mid-range lacks a little but the engine revs well. I don't really know about the service and maintenance cost of the car but I've owned a Hyundai car once before also so I can say the maintenance is not gonna cost me a fortune but it will definitely cost me a considerable amount. The pros according to me are The futuristic look The features The driving experience The insulation is just so good that you won't know if the car is on or mot Cons The engine could have been a little more punchy Should provide the option of an Automatic from S variant at least!

      Just took a test drive today. Although I was looking for the Creta SX Diesel manual, it was not available so I took the test drive in the Creta S petrol manual model. It has 106 Nm lesser torque (144 Nm compared to 250 Nm on the diesel variant ) but weights lesser than the SX as well. It pulled great. I tested it at 10 kmph @ 3rd gear without A/C on a very steep hilly incline and it didn't stall and pulled wonderfully. Of course, in the same incline at the same speed and gear, the car struggled to pull when the A/C was on (auto) even in first gear. But I am sure that the diesel variant won't have this issue. Air conditioning was quick and effective though. The handling was great, braking was accurate, although I think it would be even better with rear disc brakes on the SX . One huge downside, which I think is the only downside, is the front visibility. The bonnet's front edge is not visible at all and the high rise interferes with the line of sight and therefore more care has to be taken while driving. But once acclimatized, it is not an issue at all. In fact I had no problems in driving it through the narrow link road I was in. Although shorter occupants could have a problem. Still, not a deal-breaker. Interior ergonomics are exceptional. Everything is located very strategically, the central armrest can be used for support while changing gears, buttons give a good tactile feel, seats are very comfortable and have great space and thigh support. Audio quality was great. Good clarity at high volumes. The infotainment system in the S model was the one in the old gen model, but the screen was bigger, brighter and slicker to use. Has good connectivity options. The gear throws were tight and short. In short, great value for money. The cons: No central armrest for rear passengers, no alloys, No cornering feature on the lamps. Other than these, the S model was perfect for me.

      Worth buying. Best in this price range. It's fun driving this car. Looks are very sporty and bulky with all those cuts and performance wise great. Low maintenance cost. Hyundai always known for good servicing. Very spacious.
