The Williams-Toyota FW31 was revealed at the Algarve Motor Park. It wasn’t an official car launch, but the car was displayed to media and to commence testing.
The livery on the current FW31 is the one which was used during winter testing. The new livery of the team for 2009 will be displayed by the end of February. The car has been tested by Williams F1 official test driver Nico Hulkenberg.
The FW31 comes with a thicker nose cone and with a few more changes on its sidepods. The rear wing continues to have the three semi-circular slots to reduce drag.
