I recently drove the Grand Vitara CNG for around 150–200 km, and the experience genuinely surprised me in a good way. Today, I did the 2nd free service for my car, so sharing the experience. Tried driving on rough and rocky roads, hills, mud, bumper-to-bumper traffic, never felt underpowered or any disappointment till now. My daily commute is around 50km. The mileage mixed 23 city, 17-18, highway 27+. The eCVT is very smooth and responsive, although it makes noise on sudden acceleration at high speed. The handling is 5 stars, suspension is 5 stars. The music system could have been better, but not have been bad if properly calibrated to your taste. The panoramic sunroof is mega-sized when opened. AC and front ventilated seats are cosy. High ground clearance gives confidence to go anywhere. The only con is the small boot space as compared to the car size(major). No cooling glove box(minor), no ADAS(major). Limited and small glass/bottle holder(minor).And weak headlight feeling during nighttime (major).
