My wife named it Phoolkumari. Basic spare parts are also not available, 2 years back, we had an incident, and the front axle got slightly bent. None of the dealers in Bengaluru had parts. They finally created a part order, and it took 2 weeks to get delivered. Features like Bluelink, their support engineer has no clue, it seems they are just plugging in without having any knowledge about it. Alcazar was never on my option while i was planning for a 7-seater. It was recommended to me by one of my friend who drives the old-gen alcazar. I would thank him for this. Hyundai has nailed the family-SUV formula — smooth gearbox, premium interiors, and excellent cabin insulation. I chose Hyundai primarily for their reliability, service quality, and customer support, and so far they’ve fully lived up to that reputation. Coming from a Mahindra that gave me daily headaches and inconsistent support, the Alcazar feels like a breath of fresh air. The only two things I wish Hyundai had done differently — offering the 2.0-liter turbo petrol instead of the 1.5, and a sportier body kit to make it look a bit more muscular. Otherwise, a near-perfect balance of comfort, practicality, and peace of mind.Rating Parameters(Out of 5)5
