मारुति सुज़ुकी अर्टिगा [2015-2018] यूज़र रिव्यूज़

Great car and my fifth car in total. Have driven Hondas, Hyundais and Marutis before. Clutch is ultra light, steering buttersoft and suspensions are awesome. Have driven for 26K km in 2 years mainly on highways. If driven with light foot by keeping rpm at around 2500 in fifth gear you will see fuel efficiency exceeding 20kmpl in petrol easily. I went for 5 years extended warranty and indeed used once for a suspension issue. Part was replaced without a single paisa. Great product but uncertain about 2018 Ertiga which is based on hardtect light weight platform. I use it as a five seaters mostly by folding last row. Just perfect family car. Powerful K14 engine which indeed growls nicely.

Simply great family muv with decent milage and value for although city milage is good but on highway it creates miracles so people who want to spend their hard earned money go for this car and you will never regret your decision as you are getting seven seater muv for under ten lacs category .what else a man wants . simply superb car.

i purchased this vehicle as a utility car for a large family with flexibility to move luggage in Aug 2013. with 05 yrs experience and having driven 32000+ km in all kinds of climates and regions my comments are as follows Pros Good exterior styling Decent build quality Good handling Decent fuel efficiency--you get about 13-14 kpl in city driving - new delhi with ac running at 1/2 but in peak summer with ac at 2/3 avg drops to 11/12 kpl- u get 14-15.5 in winter on highway with heater and 14-15 in summer on highway with ac car is very comfortable for long rides i have predominantly used it on long drives troublefree and driven in excess of 12 hrs and 700km continuously on occasions Decent AC and powerful heater Comfortable front and middle row seats with ample leg room massive boot capacity by lowering third row seat servicing expenses are about 3.5k per service all inclusive it has not given any trouble till date original battery and tyres still going strong cons engine is highly underpowered- u feel the pinch on hilly train when it stalls and struggles to climb even in 1st and second gear have landed in major embarrassments on this count in himachal and hill part of rajasthan. my advice if u r climbing gradients in excess of 15 degrees best avoid taking ertiga petrol the build quality is typical maruti-no frills and in any case one cannot expect better for this price there is a blind spot whilst turning to right due to pillar construction....pse be careful tyres are small for vehicles size. maruti could have given bigger tyres rear seat has limited space and is only ok for small framed adults for short drives ground clearance is good but could have been lifted a little Overall Value for money car for indian families with low initial and lifecycle costs for plain areas

Purchased new and now completed 10,000 km over 6 months. Comfortable family car. The rear 2 seats we keep permanent down giving us huge boot space but also extra seats are available if have friends on occassion. This for me makes this easily the greatest facet for this car and why i think it is the best price car for India. Moveable middle row means comfort if being driven around. AC for middle row adds to comfort level. Mileage for Vxi =14.5 kmpl (mixed use) over a 10,000km distance. Engine is responsive and powerful even with AC on. Narrow vehicle for class means excellent manuverability for Indian driving conditions. Maruti low cost maintenance easily makes this a winner. Cons: accelerator pedal should have a rest on the side. Discomfort is felt in the foot on long journeys (4 hours or more). Tip: spruce up the basic fabric seating by purchasing leather covers separately. Adds a touch of class.

Buying experience is reasonably good, you may not find its competitor in market with the pricing they offer.Riding experience is average, do not compare the experience with makes of Ford and Volkswagen. Looks performance is best in class and seating capacity is best I have seen so far in India. 4 year warranty comes with package. No cons all pros.

Exterior: Good and aerodynamically designed. Good front grill and look. Well finshed back.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort): Spacious and well lit and comfortable for 6 + kids. You cannot deem this as the super luxury with tons of features "Car" but comfortable and well equipped with required features. Whats the use of many features you use limted features daily in a car 😊

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox: All good if you ask me, except for some very clear audible engine noise post the speed of 120 kmph+.

 

Ride Quality & Handling: Elegant in handling with smooth steering transition on all terrains.

 

Final Words: A very good car which gives you the feel of and Sedan and SUV. You can have your big family easily seated while planning for a family outing, otherwise its a big spacious car for a family of 5. Ample room space for aged people with knee and leg problems. Good for kids to enjoy the last row. Yes, as i told earlier got less features but thats adjustable as you do not indent to use climate control, abs, and other features very now and then. We all tend to use very limited features on our daily trips so less features doesnt matter. Good car with value for money, you wont get such spacious car at this cost.

 

Areas of improvement  : Engine noise and boot space areas.

 

 

Fuel ecnonomy is good not that great. Space good for 5-6 member family with KidsInterior Noise, Almost no boot space

Ertiga 2017 petrol is the best car for family. Good quality of material. Good pick-up. Only problem with boot space... Storage problem when we go for tour. No more maintenance. No noise when you drive car. Even i drive car in heavy rain where water level is high car cross the road in 1st and 2nd gear. Satisfy with this car.
