A head turner carI purchased the Maruti Suzuki Ciaz as a new car and my experience has been very satisfying so far. The buying experience was smooth and hassle free. The car looks elegant and premium on the road and still turns heads. I have drove City and Verna but no one said "good car" or "nice car" while waiting on signal but I had 2 experiences where people knock my window and say "Nice Car & Good car" that makes me emotional and proud. Driving comfort is excellent, especially on long drives, with very good ride quality and stability. The engine is refined and fuel efficiency is good as well. Even though it offers very less features compared to it's compitition, it is an appealing car for people who focus on budget, comfort, and reliability. Hidden GemPurchased 2015 Oct VDI + SHVS. It is rare gem. Drove more than a lakh KMs. Great value buy at that time. Gives 21+ km/litre in highways. Maintenance is of less cost. From my home, there are 3 authorised Maruti service centres. So, there is no point in looking for other brand. Best carIt's been 1 year since I had bought this car and completed 11K kms so far. Pros: Smooth and comfortable ride at low speeds. Spacious Cabin, 5 people can sit comfortably. Refined petrol engine, Low Maintenance Cost, Auto A/C works good, Easy to drive in the City, Good mileage (Around 14 in city and 17-18 on highway. It completely depends upon how you drive the car. The buying experience and after-sales service were really good. Cons: The Engine could have been more powerful. Ride becomes bouncy at high speeds and gets uncomfortable for the passenger at the back Low quality interior low quality plastics everywhere. They look good, but they are not up to mark. The vehicle bounces a lot on bad roads due to the soft suspension setup. The ride will be smooth and comfortable as long as the roads are decently good.
