Only few negatives I observed are its ride and handling at high speed can be improved. Mileage is good. Suspension is also good. I have driven on bad roads too but ground clearance become issue on typical bad roads so please drive carefully. If your ride is on good roads then its a best option. Don't buy new car before taking the test ride of the car (car which they are selling you). Don't trust company Sales person They can sell you the manufacturing defect car. I own a CNG one which is giving a mileage of around 23-24. I have only driven it for 1000 kms only. I own a Venue SX as well, but do not know this is more close to my heart as it feels like sweet little sweetheart.
