One and half year back I bought a new Mercedes benz E-250 CDI, just driven 30000 kms within chennai mostly in ECR and OMR, single handed vehicle. Haven't even made any hit or accident, but got problem in the wheel, when I checked with the service center they said there was a small crack in the alloy disc  it will not be covered under warranty even though the warrenty is 6 months more and suggested to change the disc and tyre. Finally they charged Rs.1.68 lks to repair / replace it. At the time of purchase they suggested me to buy the extended warranty package. But there is no use of buying the warranty package.

I totally disappointed with the quality and the service they provided. Before buying Benz think several times.

      Exterior

Stunning. Brilliant headlamps and tail lamps, Very sporty with the central star in the grill. It is a true blend of luxury and contemporary looks.

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

Black interior is very luxurious and sporty. Power controls for seats are super. with the coloumn shift gear lever, the central panel does not look cluttered. Rear seat space and legroom ample

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

Excellent performance, 7Gtronic is a time tested transmission and no complaints. But the thrill is Paddle shift. Fuel economy moderate.

      Ride Quality & Handling

Ride, ground clearence are well adopted for Indian roads  and  drives smooth as a silk. Handling is extremely accurate without any unwanted surprises.

      Final Words

If you can afford go for it. Premium luxury and the mantra is safety all around and with the all the drive assist provisions, an invisible driver is always with you in an emergency.

      Areas of improvement

Sat Nav and rear camera should be provided as standard items.
