The new Honda Amaze is a very good practical family car because it is smooth to drive, comfortable on bad roads, easy to handle in city traffic, and reliable for long-term use. The CVT automatic version is especially great for daily traffic since it gives a very relaxed driving experience without jerks. It also has good mileage, a big boot space for travel, and now comes with modern safety and premium features, making it feel more upmarket than many hatchbacks in the same budget. Overall, it’s a balanced car for someone who wants comfort, reliability, low-stress driving, and good value for money.

Buying experience was very good with the Honda dealer in my city. Service is also good. Previously, I ran a Honda Brio for 14 years. Amazing experience with the Honda Brio car. That was a great car. I got a Honda Amaze CVT ZX in exchange for a Honda Brio. Pros: Great Look. Sitting space. Boot space. Good ride quality on even surface. A low-speed ride is also good. ADAS level 2. Cons: Bouncy ride on uneven surface at high speed. A normal speed ride is good. I follow the speed limit of the road, but I like good pickup, like 0-100 within 10 seconds. Amaze CVT pickup is less than I wish. Initial mileage in the city is 9 with AC on, which is 3 points less than my expectation. I hope it will increase after more running. 1 month of free service has been provided. Suggestion: You can increase pickup by using a pedal shifter. The pedal shifter is designed for S mode primarily, but you can use it in D mode also. For example, I use D mode mainly. While overtaking on the highway, I downshift the CVT point (gear) by 1 point using the pedal shifter in D mode. It gives me enough pickup to overtake. You can also drop the CVT point by 2 using the paddle shifter, which would be more than sufficient. In simple words, a pedal shifter is a switch on the steering wheel, which makes the gear (CVT point) lower or higher, just like a manual car.
