I'm from Sri Lanka and brought TATA indigo Ecs brand-new car on March 2016. This is the worst decision taken by me. I never recommend this to Sri Lankan as I have bad experience with this car. After 10000km, some sound came from steering wheel and after had oil leack. I put it to Dimo Lanka for check this. They have replace the Rackend. Now car has done 21000km. again same sound is hearing and not comfortable the car. It’s like going with cart.
I inquired to Service station, they said car should be keep with them nearly 5 days or have to go for colombo one day service. I feel, Customer don't want to bother like this for brand new car. If the car has technical problem, service station must be give their high attention at least. They have utilize trainers for this and they are enjoying with car.
I'm really disappointed and never recommend this at Sri Lanka.
