The lack of communication, long delays, and poor handling of warranty claims show a clear disregard for customers after the sale is made. It’s frustrating to spend lakhs on a car and then be left chasing updates, fighting for basic service, or being ignored completely. Kia seriously needs to improve its after-sales support — this kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the brand. | Smoot driving This is a very good car for this budget. I have driven 1300km, and the riding, comfort and the suspension setup are very good and provide a balance between comfort and handling. 1 Design and styling 2 performance and efficiency 3 comfort and convince 4 safety and security 5 connectivity and technology | Advantage and disadvantage Everything's are no. 1 , compared to price. Only service centre not near my location. Otherwise it's best looking, best comfort and strong build quality. Many safety features and all updates technology include here.
