If you want comfort in a 5 seater car with good luggage capacity --- Creta/Seltos. --you save 20 lacs. If you want great safety and ride handling good reliable engine -- Harrier/XUV500 -- You save 20 lacs. If you want specific off-roader --- Thar -- save 25lacs If you want good off-roader and lot of luggage space Insane custom options-- upcoming Isuzu VCROSS -- save 15 lacs Exceedingly Overpriced. with the saving on all other options you can drive and maintain them for 10-15 years of ownership. BUT you got money, no one is stopping you. Don't worry about the 7 seater shit no one can sit there for any off-road situation where this car is meant to go. And if you are sitting 7 good luck fitting in your luggage. The saving on the all above cars is much better to deal than the TOYOTA engine. Plus after the merger with Maruthi Suzuki, they have started building some kind of bodies. Build quality has down. So Sad to see such a great brand taking this route for profit destroying all the trust they build over so many years.

I really loved to buy Toyota Fortuner. Nice and smooth driving experience. Beast performance. Till bit costs to maintenance. High performance it can able to go high places. But maintenance is high.

i want to build cars that were not something to everyone but meant everything to someone --Toyota . No matter what your age or gender. A road trip interests all. Its never about the destination. Its the experience of the journey. which is Wow.

The infotainment could be better and the old tacky console is not the best in terms of what Toyota can do and this along with a softer and more exquisite cushioning would take it to miles.

The car is good, it's a bulletproof workhorse. Has ample punch, specifically after the facelift. The 200bhp and 500nm torque are a joy to drive with. The suspension is a little hard but that helps it, it's planted on highway runs. Great range as well. The fuel tank is big and overall the performance is adequate. The car lacks some finesse, feels a little cheap on the inside. Some plastic touch points are absolutely preposterous to touch. Previous models from Toyota be it Altis, Innova and Fortuner were much better in terms of perceived quality in terms with touch points. It has become freakishly expensive, and Toyota being a lazy car maker hasn't brought any global car from its portfolio after the Vellfire. Service and maintenance would be as usual a breeze, the car is bombproof vehicle and one can't go wrong if they use their cars in a rough manner.... Fortuner will take up any challenge.
