Its design is not good and also very overpriced this time Maruti is overconfidence when comparing with thar...thar design and price is good and it looks like very simple and old model jeep type.

if people are ready to become fools then it's not a company's fault. Maruti knows that some people are ready to pay enough amount so that they get an off-roader not Because of capabilities but due to lightweight and poor build quality.

I booked this car before two months because it will go upto 9-14 lakh due to its poor performance but when Maruti unveiled this car and the expected price I thought it will be low after launch on 7 Jun Maruti launched this car with its official price, I'm literally shocked that how could they looted us and innocent Indians.

If you are looking for an off road monster, then go for Jimmy, amazing experience with amazing features. It gives you a huge boot space to keep all your stuff, also interiors are just amazing.

Nice buying experience of Jimny as I have test driven both thar & Jimny. Jimny is a great SUV for off-road as well as highway coz it has a good grip on the road even at high speeds as compared to that. Ride quality engine performance & mileage is good. Great road presence & dynamics. Thar is big in size of course but its big size is useless. Jimny is more practical in terms of day-to-day use it has an ample amount of boot space plus it has five doors which makes it easier to sit in back seats also. The compact size of Jimmy has an advantage in city drives. The only problem in Jimny is utility space for gadgets, wallets & other things which can be easily solved with after-market accessories. I'll let you know about the service & maintenance afterward.

I just purchased Jimny Alpha MT and driven the car for just a few kilometres and it is awesome in all respects. I waited for Jimny for more than three years ever since the news came up in India about its possible launch. Now the 5-door version is much more comfortable.

Having owned the Maruti Jimny for a while now, I can't help but be impressed by its incredible legacy. This compact SUV has this knack of proving itself as a top-tier off-roader every time I take it out. It's impressive how it outshines other cars four even with just regular highway tires. Honestly, choosing the Jimny over other off-roaders was a total no-brainer for me. The Jimny is more than a ride; it's a legacy in the making, and I'm here for it!

After rejecting almost every car in the market my architect wife finally chose Jimny because her requirements were very hard to fulfill and I almost gave up. She wanted to have a vehicle that could carry her huge building models or large layout plans, she wanted to have a vehicle that could take her to remote construction sites with uneven surfaces. A vehicle with off-road capabilities and with the status. Of Course hi tech and safety features who don't want to have.  Good looks and Mileage to commute to her office and looks to have an impact on clients in posh areas. Lastly, vehicles should not be huge in terms of dimensions and are easy to maneuver in city spaces. I thank Maruti Jimny for offering me one with a large boot space, AT Transmission, touch screen system with a large display, 4X4 capabilities, etc. The best part is that all the above details perfectly fit in my budget being a middle-class person.
