Even after charging for a service package, they still inflate the bill with random items. This feels nothing less than daylight robbery. My Jeep Compass visits this service centre almost every month, yet not a single problem is properly fixed. Vehicles are returned late, issues remain unresolved, and the staff refuses to take any accountability. They pass the blame, give false assurances, and show zero concern for customers. Jeep’s after-sales service is a big failure. If you value your money and peace of mind, DO NOT buy a Jeep Compass. The product may look premium, but the service experience is absolutely pathetic.
