1. Buying experience was pretty good the dealer was good and we got the car as soon as it was launched 2. Ride quality is good but in deep potholes you can feel some bumps 3. Looks are subjective but personally I like the looks of the car. We have a diesel automatic and it's performance is good. 4. Service experience is good. We always opt for pickup and drop service. It's maintenance is a bit on the expensive side I feel. 5. Cons are No 360 degree camera ii. Suspension is a bit on the stiffer side 6. Everything else is good and a very practical car

it's the perfect family car with a nice space. In the top-end model, you can enjoy many advanced features generally unavailable in this segment's other cars. Engine performance and suspension are really good. On highways with cruise control, you can get a mileage of up to 18 km/l. In the city, it's 10-11 km/l in traffic.

1. Buying experience: Could have been better. No clue when the vehicle will arrive and I waited for more than a month for getting the color I selected but it did not worked out and finally I moved to another vendor to get the vehicle. So, I would say no clear communication but it all depends on outlet to outlet. Cannot blame Kia. 2. Driving experience: Please note, this is not SUV , this is a complete family car where you get enough space, all corner smartly utilized, made for long and comfortable drive, enough power to drive on hills. suspension is good, you wont feel small humps. multiple charging point and bottle holders for all the passenger is plus. 3. Interior look is beautiful. really luxury. performance is great too. I dont feel any issue with IMT. easy to adjust for people who drove manual. no issues on hills or in narrow road or in pickup. Cons: 1. Dark color difficult to maintain and body is scratch prone. I did not found this in Hyundai. So Ceramic coating or PPF is must for dark else you can see lots of scratches even you use soft cloth or only water wash. 2. no sunroof: This is costly car but they have not provided Sunroof. it comes only with top end and that is also kind of useless because of very small in size. 3. Headlight: Is ok ok. you will feel the low power headlight when you are on highways mostly. Need a upgrade here in prestige plus or lower model. 4. No speaker at rare seat: front speaker is too good even if this is not of BOSE. but middle one is really average and worst for people sitting at last row. until you increase the volume too loud, rare seat people do not enjoy and that is pain for front end people because of loud music. when you reduce sound in front seat, sound quality gradually goes down. 5. Even after paying this much of amount, you wont get floor mat, mud flap or coated windshield/window. It is too bright and for all these, you need to pay for it. quite not appreciating thing. Pros: 1. Luxury feel inside. 2. smooth driving. 3. Good Mileage for 7 seater. 4. comfortable seating. 5. Royal look. 6. IMT is really good for new style of driving and no lack of power. 7. Many storage option available. 8. Full bending of Rare and middle seat allow you to do many seating settings. 9. Ground clearance is good. 10. not at all bumpy for middle and rare seats unlike many other 7 seatercars so this is plus point.

Buy from Kun Kia Chennai Ambattur..it's a very nice vehicle..since my summer vacation crossed 1500km self-driven and fell no tired..many features like an air purifier..6 airbags.. a sunroof.Mood lamp...cruise control etc... especially I want to tell third-row comfort with luggage space.Even other OEM provide some features in 30Laks plus cars only... Very very... awesome car

Kia Carens looks like an awesome car and stylish design. And also it is an economical price to buy, and it has a smooth driving experience. And also it has only yearly service cost. But coming to mileage, it can improve to give more mileage in coming years.

Buying experience was pretty okayish.Nothing much to crib or boast about. The engine's a little under powered given the size of the car. Good highway vehicle. It has one of the most useable 3rd row. My kids love the car. Mileage 11-12 city in summers with AC on and 13-14 in winters with no ac .18-19 when driven by the driver and I manage anything between 18-22 .Overall I'm quiet happy with the buy .

I've been driving the Kia Carens Diesel for a year now and have clocked 8000 km. It's a perfect Highway vehicle for a big family giving a mileage of 18. I use it for my office journey as well every day and even though it looks big, it navigates easily in the city with a great automatic gearbox - easily gives 12-13 in the city. Overall a perfect multi-purpose vehicle. Parking may be an issue at prime locations given the size.

Initially, I had booked the prestige model on March 22 and waited till September 22 and did not get then upgraded to prestige plus waited for 3 months and finally got it on Nov 22. I am happy with the vehicle's performance but I am really disappointed in giving normal headlamps with less power for paying almost 18.5 lakhs. I expected led lamps. Overall good except for the headlamps.
