I bought new GLA220D. it was not starting the 2nd morning, Based on my complaint they took my vehicle and delivered it back after 3 days saying problem got rectified. Again after 8 days same problem of not starting. Again they tool the vehicle and from last 2 weeks vehicle is in work shop and understand that some problem in Engine control board and it has to come from Germany and it may take a couple of weeks. It is ridiculous that, new vehicle is giving the problem from second day onwards. Mercedes has delivered the faulty vehicle to me and cheated.

Amazing car and everything is just good except mileage. It gives hardly 6kmpl only while company claims at 13.9kmpl. So check mileage before buying as very poor it is. Other all is fantastic.

Got the new GLA 220D in Sept. 2021 from Autohangar - Churni Road - Mumbai. The entire transaction was smooth and the dealer could manage to get my color and model within reasonable time - considering the car was launched in May 2021, they got the car within 3 months of booking Initial 500 KM I was getting a light drag in second gear and post-breaking push - that eased out after the first 500 KM and now it is smooth. Pick up and punch is fantastic and driving is a pleasure. I chose this over A and C class sedan as I wanted a better ground clearance [considering Mumbai / Thane and Navi Mumbai bumps - and it proved to be a right decision I am happy with the looks and overjoyed with the performance. I always preferred sedans but this car is so smooth to handle, specially on the curves and across bumps - I am happy that I made the departure. One can really feel the individual suspension over bad roads. In city the consumption is a bit high - but it makes up on highways. I had sent the car for a three month's inspection and free service and that was fine. I pre-purchased 10 years of service and would recommend that - since the service is transferable On the Con part - there are very few things that I can count - one : the Boot could have been bigger, two : it is expensive, with a 10 year Maintenance, 6 years warranty, 8 years of engine warranty and a PPF coating - it came to 62 Lakhs and three: the instrument panel is highly advanced and takes time to adjust to

My personal experience with Mercedes-Benz GLA that it has low noise engine, good performance, solid build quality with decent mileage. The music system of the car is extremely good. The sound is well balanced and pleasant. The car has a good interior as well as exterior design. The alloy wheel are classy, headlight is superb. The blow and impact of AC is also good as it lasts long and comfortable for a long drive.

I am just going to own this in a week. I got a test drive. It was a wonderful experience. It looks stylish and comfortable in ride. Mileage is good. Overall its worth buying. owning Mercedes is always a proud feeling. No matter what is the cost of maintenance.

Perfect Urban Luxury SUV has oodles of power, class and still comfy for occupants and for parking Didn't like the lack of arm rest in the rear though Shifter takes some time to get used to.

One of my close friends bought it recently and we recently went on a trip where I got a chance to drive this amazing piece by Mercedes Benz. I was amazed to see the performance and comfort of this new GLA. Such a great experience and no doubt that choose this over any other competitive cars in aspects of comfort, performance and driving experience.

Mercedes GLA feels amazing. looks are superb and it has amazing colors. I can't describe my feeling.

Vehicle got delivered to me 23 days back.After third day of delivery,vehicle was not getting start.When contacted the break down team,they came and took the vehicle to workshop and return back after 3 days.Again after a week,vehicle was not getting start and again they took the vehicle and informed me that engine control unit has a problem.It has to be replaced and this has to come from MB Germany.It will take around 3-4 weeks.I drove hardly 200 KM and 13 days out of 23 days it is in work shop and it may take one more month to rectify the probelm.They have delivered the faulty vehicle to me.
