Having lot of problems related to engine and electrical issues there's no proper solution from service center .very pathetic service from show room. Need to improve all services.

xuv 500 is one of the best mpv car i have ever drive i hade bought xuv 500 in 2015 and still in proper condition,its engine is so much powerfull,and seat is more comfortable ......

1. Buying Exp: It was a very good exp for me. I got test drive 3 times. Initially, I drove a Manual car but looking at Pune traffic I really wanted to go for automatic. However, they didn't have an automatic model of the car at that time. So, after few days salesperson called me back saying automatic arrived. I took the test drive and it was just an awesome experience. I was sold there and then. I purchased W7AT model. 2. Driving Exp: Automatic is complete comfort in the traffic. The vehicle is the Beast when it comes to highways. Just hit the paddle and it accelerates quickly. This model also has Cruise control. You can just put it on a cruise and relax on the highways. Been driving it in cruise with 110kmpl on Pune-Bangalore highway and Pune-Solapur highways. 3. Looks & Performance-wise it's no doubt stylish and eye-catcher. It has immense road presence. Performance is at par. I drove this car with all 3 rows AC with 7 people in the car, on a bumpy road, on highways, on the zig-zag road, in the Western Ghats in Maharashtra & Goa, in Mumbai-Pune traffic. Never felt under power or missing anything while driving. Drove around 20K Kms so far. It has hill hold and hill descend. Overall all the feature one desires. Even 4x4 with automatic if you have a budget to go for the top-end model. 4. Servicing & Maintenance:- The owner's manual has clearly mentioned when to do servicing at how many KMs (there is no strict monthly based servicing it's only KM based) and what things will be done in servicing. Vehicle itself has reminders when it crosses its certain predefined KMs. I hardly had any considerable service cost yet. However, yes it all depends on the service centre and person examining your vehicle. 5. Pros:- (My model 2018 W7AT) 1. 2200CC Diesel with Turbocharged Power pact engine (In this range, others are giving 1500cc Petrol engine) 2. Choice for 7 seaters or fold the seat to get huge luggage space. 3 people literally can sleep side by side if 2nd row is also folded. 3. Automatic and Cruise/Hill Hold/Descend - bliss in the traffic and comfort for the entire lifespan of the vehicle 4. Road-presence and great looks 5. Value for money 6. So much space inside the cabin for storage Cons:- 1. Internal fittings and quality of plastic needs to be improved 2. Chairs and inside dashboard sometimes rattling noise especially if very bumpy roads 3. Service centres and executives need to be trained for professionalism

I bought XUV 500 w9 in end of 2018. Its almost 2 years now and its feel still new car. I bought this car during festive season so Gehlot dealers were quite busy that time. Driving experience is superb, doesn't feel you like exhausted even after long drive. Only thing, which i feel little discomfort is its hard clutch, being manual transmission its gives pain while stuck in traffic jammed area. I think clutch should be softer. Look obviously fantastic let it be exterior or interior. I have visited service center so often due to left door noise n improper closing, but matter was resolved later on. Service staff is co operative. So far i haven't spend any extra money other then routine consumables. Pros-comfortable, stylish n powerful car. Cons- Clutch is bit hard, plastic interior quality is let say ok.

Buying experience was pretty good, we bought the car from mahindra first choice, and they were very impressive. The car drives very good, nice acceleration and breaking. The car is inspired by cheetah and it is no less than that, looks stunningly beautiful. Pros- value for money, best looking car in the segment, reliability, good engine, long list of features, etc Cons- suspension is slightly stiff, can not recall any other.

The car is better than any other company cars.it is long ,large sit capacity. size of the wheel is very big, sunroof is present in the car, sound system is present, sensor is present in the car.my driving experience is very good by driving this car.it is very comfort in driving. car look is awesome looking, , looking mirror is good, their is door light in the car, 2 wheel drive car, 4 wheel disc break, the company give time to time service, 3 free servicing, they call to me time to time for servicing. their behavior is very good. air bag is present in the car, tiger looking DRL light, front grill is very good looking, back looking of the car is very good. battery is very powerful, power window of the car mobile charging pot, removal staring ,the sit is very soft and quality of the sit is very good, the price of the car is very reasonable and available in all the state. they provide home to home service of the car.it gives a mileage of 14 km before first servicing and it gives 18 km after second servicing ,the screen fitted in the car is very good.it help us to find the location of a place using map. AC control is fully automatic.it depend on the temperature outside the car.

Bought it 2 months ago,,, had a waiting period of 2 months but received within a month,,, excellent interior with comfort. Build quality is superior. If you want to buy an SUV go for it it is one of the best in its segment.

This is a car which looks like an cheetah. I am very happy from their unbelievable performance. This is a 1st car which give 100% safety, 100% comfortable in any type of travel. When I drive this car this feel me too much grateful. I am totally agree with Mahindra and thanks to Mr Anand Mahindra who give the 100% satisfaction to the all the type of customers.

I purchased this car three years back and generally have been quite satisfied with the quality and service standards. However few days ago started getting very foul smell from AC vents and car was sent to the workshop for servicing. They could not locate the suspected rat and assured that the smell will go away. However the smell is still there after a week and car has been sent back to the workshop again. Same thing happened with my close friend and he also suffered a great deal. Mahindra has to investigate as to the possible sources where a rat can enter the AC ducting and plug that ingress.. Hope some one will do something about this and this time worshop will return my car minus the foul smell.
