very peppy,sporty good looks,amazing gear shift

took the test drive for the fiesta 1.6sxi since they dont have a test car for 1.6s.i liked everthing about the car except the refinement of the engine,whenever i stamped on the pedal for speed i could hear the engine inside the car,the demo car had done 9000+ kms is this normal to hear the engine inside the car,cause i drive a getz 1.1 and i dont get the same sound.does anyone own a 1.6s and does it have a refined and smooth engine,because i plan to pick up the 1.6s in a few months
