Horrible experince with Toyota

I bought new toyota innova from Budhha Toyota Patna.They only gave retail invoice and owner book at the time of delivery of veicle.Sale certificate they give afterwards when i checked it we found that my vehicle is of BSIII STD,We had booked for Vehicle of BSIV standard.When i complained about this their customer relation head (Savinder Kumar)said they don't sell BSIV version in bihar.When insisted that there is differnce in vehicle Their Customer  relation head started abusing me and even threatened me for life.Which is a criminal offence.

Toyota being such a reputed company how do they recruit these type of dangerous person who abuses their customer and ruining Toyota itself. Their Insurance premium was coming 52000 for 1st three year whereas i got it in just 32800 from SBI GIC. They were charging Registration fee 88000 i got it done in 73000.

After all this I have lost faith in toyota and now I hate my vehicle which i purchased after spending Approx 13,50,000.

Till date I have'nt.
