Million videos and numerous victories later, the Bugatti Veyron – one of the most powerful hypercars in recent times made a comeback in a video by Draginfo. That calls for another drag race and hopefully another win for the Veyron or will its run be spoilt by its opponent? What’s the competition like? Well, it will go against a hybrid Ferrari - LaFerrari.
Interesting isn’t it? No? Let’s do the math. Veyron 16.4 Super Sport has 987bhp and 1,250Nm of torque in comparison to the hybrid LaFerrari’s combined output 950bhp and 900Nm. It seems like the hybrid Ferrari has a massive disadvantage, well it sure does lack 37bhp and 350Nm on paper. Well, power is one thing, power to weight is another, so how much heavy is the LaFerrari? It weighs 1,255kg and the Veyron tips the scales at 1,888kg.
