Regreting of choice

Very bad experience of using grand i10 within two years tired of engine problems many times 36000km first time engine locked and from that problems are continued no satisfaction of using car

Nightmare called Mahindra E20

Exterior Exterior is the only good thing about this car. Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Very claustrophobic. AC does not reach the back. AC is very noisy. Power upgrade was poorly done. Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Nothing to mention. Ride Quality & Handling Turning radius is good. Final Words Do not buy - The battery is really bad. Mahindra gives 5 year warranty, all they do is some nonsense called power boost the cells which are not charging. I have had 3 breakdowns thrice in the middle of the night.  My car is 3.5 years old. It has run 39 Kms. I have spent 8 lakhs. It is nothing but a security Hazard. As a women driver - I think it is very risk especially if you are someone who drives back late from work Areas of improvement Attitude towards customers sucks, Insensitive Service Centre, Battery Warranty is all Sham. Till not they have not got their charging ecosystem right. They have not given the portable battery after 3.8 years till now. They just cheat.Its quiet, smooth driveBattery lets you down. Mahindra launched the e2o in 2013 and projected it as the ultimate city commuter that not only saves fossil fuels but is also cheaper to run and saves the environment by being a non-polluting vehicle. However with a price of Rs. 5.96 lakh, it was too less a car with too big a price. Practicality was an issue too with limited range and just a 2 door version available which meant ingress and egress was a pain.

There isn’t much to differentiate one Hyundai from another – they’re good-looking, feature-rich, well priced and the diesels have the performance you want. They’re also not for the driving enthusiast, because Hyundai somehow has never managed to get its suspension settings just right for both the comfort-loving Indian as well as the enthusiast. No more, though. The Grand is all that a Hyundai has been, and then some. This is the first Hyundai that I’ve ever been genuinely excited about, and with good reason.

It was a nice feeling sitting in middle of a traffic jam, knowing that your car has not contributed even an ounce of smoke to all the pollution around. Every one of us has hopes for a cleaner environment, but contributes only so much towards it. We have our reasons – lack of practical options is one of them, so while we sit in our AC car cabins and crib about the issue, Mahindra had made yet another attempt at building a more practical electric car, in form of the e2o T2. We test drove the car at length to find out if the new Reva e2o T2 has all that it takes to cut pollution without compromising on our comforts.
