Toyota Innova is a sleek sedan with ground clearance of an MPV. Innova offers excellent ride quality and luxury coupled with versatile space, superior performance, world-class safety, advanced styling, and solid durability.

Innova is equipped with Toyota VVT-I petrol engine or the D4D diesel. Both the engines offer matchless performance. The diesel engine uses the latest common-rail technology for superior performance and exceptional fuel efficiency. This 2.5 L (2494 cm3/cc) engine is specially tuned for Indian conditions, and generates 75kW(102PS)/3600 rpm of power and 200Nm/1400-3400rpm torque.

Toyota Innova has state-of-the art safety features. These include Global Outstanding Assessment (GOA) body, SRS airbags, large disc brakes, collapsible steering column, high rigidity frame, and side door impact beams

This was my 4th car and my first diesel. We are about 6 people traveling together and I have been postponing my decision to buy an Innova for want of an SUV. I will have to wait until my next change if at all Toyota introduces  the Fortuner.

I got my Innova, the VX 7 seater a couple of weeks back and the vehicle is already done about 1K kms, due for the first service. I never felt I missed the petrol engine, except when starting, idling and the little vibrations that come in through the gear shift at times. Of course the nimbleness of the Swift was not there, but you can't complain.

I like the linear manner in which the power is delivered and as the speed build up the engine is smooth which is backed by an excellent chassis. While on the move you harly realize the size of the car and she drives as well as a car and you forget that she is a minivan.

Toyota has done well to add a little more fun & creature comfort features, like the steering mount controls, multi info display, parking sensor.

There were a few minor niggles from the car - a little squealing noise from front suspension and issue with the temparature control buttons, which needs attention in the first service.

Overall an excellent car, and my family is happy traveling in the same.

My first impression of the Innova was a murky, ugly looking replacement for the Nothing-Wrong-With-It Qualis which had to be taken off the road for some strong reasons. SO there was very little in terms of the expectation level when I took a test-drive. This after I had tasted the raw power that Mahindra Scorpio dished out a day ago.

So there I was, taking guard in the cock-pit and it didn't make me feel anything like a fiery Beast waiting to unleash its wrath. On the contrary I was taken aback by the strange Luxury Car Feel that the Innova offered despite the dimensions and the sheer size of the Vehicle. With the engine turned on it made the experience althemore realistic with the handling and maneuverability adding to the pleasure.

All this coupled with the roomy, spacious and ever so comforatble interiors make you feel at home no matter how far you're headed. UNBELIEVABLY PERFECT!!

Toyota Innova belongs to a breed of cars hardly seen in the market. The Innova is the fifth generation of the Toyota Kijang, while the outgoing model, the Qualis is two generations behind. It wishes to combine qualities like space and ruggedness associated with SUV's along with comfort and handling normally seen in high priced cars.

The fact that the Innova is 2 generations ahead of the Quails can easily made out at first glance. The Innovas' contemporary design emphasizes the fact that it is designed to cater to the world market. The Innova doesn't feel like a compromise at all, it doesn't feel like those split personalities we encounter so often with cars in India. The clear ideas that emerged during the IMV project seems to have taken excellent shape, wheel arches are flared, but not pronounced enough to bother you, the car is high enough to dispatch of any speed bumps it might encounter, but well sprung enough that it could attack corners.

i feel this car is better for large families because it has more spacious then other cars .rather than this many cars have spacious but the driving seat is soo comfort then other cars.and for the low rate we can get a spacious car with good fuel efficency .when comapred to other cars the rates are more then this and it will not have fuel ecenomy like innovia, and it has a rich official look.and one more thing is this car can be used for official purpose as well as traveeling purpose.so by this way this car has breaked all the hearts off middle class people as weel as high claass people.

so thanks for tyotoo again for providing a large car for large families as well as for large india.

good fuel economy with good comfort

It was my dream car right since its inception news in the market. The design and feature is worth making a glance at. I have never expereicned a better performance in any of the earlier cars I have owned till date prior to owning this one.

Innova is truly innovative. No, truly! I feel like i am in a flight. The ineriors are spacious and unlikeother huge cars is not an embarassment driving it at places worthwhile. The looks are a surplus. The comfort level is great and the fuel economy cannot be called 'reasonable' but matches the style icon. It is more like imbibing the car with Japanese technology and the one who is a techhy is sure to have Innova as the apple of their eye. It sums up comfort, technology, and mileage...i think one must definitely spare a thought on it prior to zeroing on one car during purchase. You will definitely come across other reasonable cars but what use when you do not possess one with a striking difference. Zoom in it with pride, the pride of ownership.

Innova is a good spacious car and is good value for money. The other cars with the same features cost about 5-6 lakhs more.

The sleek lines and power steering are definitely some of the reasons that I as a woman driver like this car. The bucket seats in the top end model and ac vents at the back are the other features that I like.  The bucket seats give a feel of a luxury car while it is actually closer to a SUV. The Ac is very effective in the Indian summers and over all I give this car a thums up. We also have a Scorpio but I feel the Innova is far superior.

Moreover the Innova is fuel efficient and the fact that it is Japanese technology sure go it its favour. Jpanaese are known for their fuel efficient cars and when I choose a car I definitely go for a Japanese car. We chose the Innova over a Crv and I am happy with our choice.

The real surprise though, is not outside. It’s the interiors of this new Toyota that will surprise you the most, Quality and feel never seen in its category. The interiors are essentially walnut finish and the seats are fabric the seats feel especially comfortable thanks to the good lumbar and under thigh support. A very thoughtful feature is the adjustable seat at the back, which can move back and forth. This feature can maximize rear seat space, especially if you are regularly driven around. Pockets integrated into the seats form perfect recesses for the seat belts and their clips to be tucked away. The Plastics used are of very high quality and will most definitely keep rattles at bay. The stereo is placed high for easy access and readability, an important safety feature skipped in most cars. Innovation seems to be the idea behind the entire design and engineering process.

      Very comfortable and less noisynothing

I was an owner of one.Personally everything, I repeate everything is immaculate & perfect other than its doors, Fenders & rear door which tend to dent easily, either cause they are of light quality material or they lack curves/trims which otherwise make the metal on doors stronger.

One can hardly find a single innova without a dent on its rear due to the above. If this is adressed by the R & D in a more refined way I personally think no car in its segment can beat the mighty innova.

Congratulations on launching a face lifted innova with a welcomig CLIMATE SENSOR ETC. Also if the 'G' model can be lauched with atleast 2 Airbags & ABS at a slightly lower price.

refreshing & spaciouslight metal doors & fenders which dent easily in indian conditions

I travelled many times to long distances. No doubt very comfortable.Still there are drawbacks. one is -- There is no near provision for  AC for back seat unless Full AC is on it is difficult to get AC for back seat , especially in hot summer.Another is handrest for back seater is much lower and persons sitting window sides have to lean on person sitting in middle seat. and also they will have pain in their thighs and legs,  as there is no option for them to lift the thigh a bit.Main suggession is instead of  two head rests another arrangement may be taken up for resting the head for comfort.

Good stylish bodyBack side window side seats ..handrest is below. Sitter is uncomfortable
