Exterior Not bad. But a little bland.It's designed to be spacious and carry people in comfort. Quite functional design considering the boot space.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Excellent seating layout, spacious (like really spacious).

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox 1.3 TJet is a little underpowered for the car's size. But atleast its the Fiat Tjet engine. I wouldn't have bought it if it were Tata's engine, gearbox

Ride Quality & Handling Not bad. Its stable at highway speeds. Once the turbo kicks in, power is more than sufficient. But u got to be patient until it kicks in.Definitely get the ABS. Also get Airbags (if people riding it wear seatbelts always. Otherwise no use).

Final Words Only buy it for VFM. I bought this for my parents. I was worried about safety. It saved my family from an accident. All three did not wear seatbelts. Not even a scratch on them, considering the car had toppled. The car got fixed and still runs with no issues. It is not a good city car. Defintely a good cruiser. Also for service, if you have issues with the dealer, try to find any authorized service company. we did the same.

Areas of improvement Interior quality, fit and finish.

Car purchased from Fortune Cars, Mumbai in May 2011. Poor sheet metal. My car rusted within 3 years despite 5-year Dinitrol anti rust treatment. Was informed that the warranty on the sheet metal is for only one year. The electronic display did not work since day 1 and Tata Motors were unable to fix the problem to date. The strap holding the battery in place broke two months ago, but replacement yet to be received. A button of the music system came loose - it cannot be fixed at the service centre, the entire music system needs to be sent to the system manufacturer for replacing the loose button. After sales is mostly lip service.

Exterior: OK...it comes with thick sheet metal unlike Amaze, Etios or any other vehicle. You can also witness carpet cladding in the boot.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort): Excellent space and comfort. No other car can come closer to this. My children just play around in the car and there is no space issue now....We took this car mainly took this car for space, power and torque requirements. Apart from this it surprises you with a Blaupunkt system which is awsome. Also boot space allows for long journeys to push in whatever you like in that place...:)

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox: I would say nearly the highest power of 90 PS and 200 NM torque which is very good for the segment. It also gives mileage of 22kmpl. Autolocks the doors at speed of 10kmph

Ride Quality & Handling: I would say it doesn't jump during traffic signal turning green. However it provides you very good ride comfort.

Final Words: I took drives of nearly all cars and found this very balanced overall. I have been driving for nearly 6 months now and hence thought of writing this review.

Areas of improvement : Tata dealership is not great...they themselves don't know many features of the car...

I have purchased the car in June'11. The car is performing good (Not Very Good). The service from The Tata Motors Dealer here is very bad. For last 3.5 yrs I could not get the focus of the lights properly. I had send the car for six times but it was not done. They are blaiming the manufacturer i.e. TATA MOTORS. I am sorry but this is the actual picture. You will not get the car properly cleaned after washing/servicing. The people there are very much interested to get the score card even before giving delivery of the vehicle. No improvements found even after giving complaints to the Dealer/Mamager . May I request TATA MOTORS to see that improvements in the service is taking place. People are now not liking Tata Vehicles mainly because of very poor service by the dealer.

Exterior Body Design could have been better. Needs to take a leaf from Ciaz which is bult on the same engine. If improved. Can fetch a better price. Fog Lamp Strips on front bumper should be made available on all models. Also rub rails on all models.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Good. Can improve by having split A/C. Need slight better door pockets. Pl. provide front Arm rest on all models.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Excellent!!! can you improve the fuel efficiency??? Gear shift is smooth, infact its a drivers' delight.

Ride Quality & Handling Very nice. Performs exceedingly well on Ghat roads. Excellent road grip.

Final Words PL. improve the styling on looks. Specially the front facia. Please do not stop producing this beautiful car.

Areas of improvement The looks on the front facia, Engine hood. Improve headlight and tail light assembly looks. Please market this car better.

7. Now you are saying things differently. On 16th you had told that service should have done by 12 months after 3rd service. Now you are saying that it should be done by 24 months or 30000 kms after purchase. Can you please clarify which is correct? Do you have any confusions or do you need to check this again with your manager?

If this is 24 months then it should be scheduled on April 2015. I had clearly told the reason for not doing the service on April. Also when I told this you said that if it was a gap of 3 months then you would have replaced the turbo in extended warranty. You are repeatedly changing your words in the presence of your colleagues and managers.
