Buying experience: We bought this from my father's friend and it was then driven around 8000 kms,that means it was new i mean you can call brand new by looking at its condition. It is 2.5 G BS IV 7 seater 2500 cc engine
Riding experience: You don't feel tired and i always wants to drive more and more.Superb feeling.
Details about looks, performance etc: Looks don't matter when the queen herself "innova" name comes haha. But the looks are beautiful and the tail lights look amazing with that small red radium plates. The power and torque is just killing,you can feel that power and acceleration is just amazing like ghrrrrrrrre
Servicing and maintenance: It is a big and heavy car you know and ya the maintenance is bit high,but after all if you can afford innova then the maintenance and service cost don't matter.
Pros and Cons: Pros: Premium riding quality,heavy engine,sweet horn,seating,sound system is amazing,stable at high speeds,travel without being tired,premium looks,attention,superb boot space. Cons: It gives 13 mileage but that doesn't matter for me.

Exterior VERY GOOD ,LOOKS NICEInterior (Features, Space & Comfort),MUCH MORE WHEEL BASE SO THAT ONE WHO SITS IN THE ROW ALSO HAVE A BETTER TRAVELLING COMFORT.WHAT MORE SAYS EVEN ALL OUR MINISTERS ,FILM STARS HAVE A LOT OF LUXURY CARS, BUT THEY PREFER INNOVA FOR THEERE LONG DRIVE,THATS THE COMFORT..FEEL IT..THATS ALLL

Areas of improvement NEED AUTOMATIC TTRANSMISSSION TOO.EVEN IF WE GET  SUNFOOF  IN THE TOP MODEL THAT MAY BE A ADDED LUXURY.

The gear shift is excellent make sure that you use comfort mode. Eco mode is good but for normal throttle. I have already run 30000kms, getting the mileage of 14 to 14.5 lts/km on highway with speed < 100 kms/hr. I always Travel long distance of 1000kms at a stretch. The car doesn't roll even at 140 spd. You feel comfortable and safe at any stage of driving. Ac is excellent. Captain chairs are comfortable like flight feeling.

The buying experience was great. The Toyota employees treated us with kindness. The ride comfort is good but could improve. The passengers feel comfy too. Looks good but could improve. I buy the car last year as second hand The riding is really nice i really loves to drive the car Looks great, performance is also good my old vehicle was Volkswagen Polo I like innova more than polo the performance and seating position is good in innova I didn't feel any negative's in it. The maintenance and service cost is also less compared to Volkswagen I really loves my car.

Buying experience: When I planned to buy a XUV car there was nothing in my mind.We went to the nearest Toyota showroom and enquired about the vehicle the sale person has addressed the features and specification clearly in patience and well professional mannerism, and went for Test drive. While going a Test drive it was very pleasant and comfortable,more flexible.
Riding experience: When ever we plan a trip we use to travel with Innova because of luxurious and more comfortable for long travel when compared to all other vendors.I feel like travelling in planes without any disturbances like jerk.Not only for comfortableness also security is too good.
Details about looks, performance etc: Body design, Dashboard and bannet design is too good. Performance wise it provides very good mileage in highways.Engine Pickup is too good
Servicing and maintenance: Service and maintenance is very easy. But it is costlier than other vendors.
Pros and Cons: Pros: Comfortable security Body design Flexible Cons: Very high maintenance cost Engine sound can be reduced while pick uping.

I think good car and very comfortable for me and my family I get mileage and good and when you ride a long root this car is awesome and very comfortable I think my money work it and good car
