Very Poor Customer Service

Exterior Very Good.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Very Good.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Awesom.

Ride Quality & Handling Very Good.

Final Words All in all Nice Car but then Post Sale experience is a Nightmare.

No proper updates are provided when you give it for Servicing, I am pretty sure if this carries on no one would prefer to buy a Renault as Buying a car is only a first step but maintaining it is a huge task and when the Service Center does not co-operate or does not meet your expectation you tend to regret why you chose the car. 

Please make me love my car back whole heartedly.

Areas of improvement Improve on Your Customer Service especially when some one buys his first car trusting the brand.

I am pretty sure this would go to deaf ears but I am hoping they take things serious if they have to survive in the market just due to its engine and nothing else is a huge ask, if they improve on Post Sale things would be a a cake walk for you guys to sell a Car.
