- PluseI have brought plus in2014. I use to drive jamshedpur to delhi and even till jammu often .It's a really powerful car 1600 cc hatch. Thrust is great even in fully loaded with five adults.Rating parameters(out of 5)4

0 - Very Poor Customer ServiceExterior Very Good. Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Very Good. Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Awesom. Ride Quality & Handling Very Good. Final Words All in all Nice Car but then Post Sale experience is a Nightmare. No proper updates are provided when you give it for Servicing, I am pretty sure if this carries on no one would prefer to buy a Renault as Buying a car is only a first step but maintaining it is a huge task and when the Service Center does not co-operate or does not meet your expectation you tend to regret why you chose the car. Please make me love my car back whole heartedly. Areas of improvement Improve on Your Customer Service especially when some one buys his first car trusting the brand. I am pretty sure this would go to deaf ears but I am hoping they take things serious if they have to survive in the market just due to its engine and nothing else is a huge ask, if they improve on Post Sale things would be a a cake walk for you guys to sell a Car. About the ReviewerPurchase NewDriven forFew thousand kilometersMileage20 kmplRead MoreWas this review helpful?00 - Best car for city drivingExterior Overall looks of pulse is much beetr than that of micra which looks feminish But pulse looks mire muscular .The rear side is not that good though Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) poor plastic quality- they shouls really improve their dash board finish ,no vanity mirrors but best in class comfort level Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox The best thing about pulse is its 1.5l diesel engine with zero turbo lag.It responds quickly to acceleration.The gear shifting is incredible.it extreme smooth and makes it easy to drive.The main problem is associated with its braking its very spongy which reduces driving confidence Ride Quality & Handling cornering is not dat good but overall ok Final Words Pulse is a good car to own eventhough it is slightly over prised.And it is best suited car for city driving Areas of improvement Braking is one area renault should really improve,wiper blade quality is really poor,prising also is a bit high ........... .............. ...........
