    Sorry, Im not here to review abt the car. Its an Awesome car. I loved it when I saw them and loved it more when I started using it. I m here to share my experiance with Renault service center in Chennai. I Bought New Renault Pulse Car in June 2012. When I bought them the
    sale service (in Anna nagar) was really good. I cant complain abt the Car. It is awesome car so far (touchwood).

    Since Chennai has only one service center (Kiviraj, mount road) we have no other option. and there is nothing to complain abt my 1st service (as they don’t really check anything much except the carwash and vacuuming it).

    Second service was horrible. My requirement was very simple, Just check the engine, change the oil, do under-body painting, wash the car. After having the car for whole day, they manage to do only one thing. Change the oil. the car wash not proper, they dint clean the car inside, under-body painting was not done. so i took the car from the center after complaining it to the manager.

    Later the customer service person called and asked for feedback, so I gave 3/10. said the issue. then they sent a person to collect and redo the pending work after few days.

    Then I met with an accident, the insurance guy dint co-operate as much. He wanted to file 2 complain for same accident. since the body had damage on both the side. for which i did bcos i had no choice.

    After the insurance was cleared. they delivered the car after a week. My car body painting was done in awful manner, u can see the painting. Layers like Waves and there was a spring noise while driving, the noise was coming from the door. which was very annoying. Car wash was very bad, some white color stains was found in the car bcos of the soap they used. Again I went to service person 2nd time asked them to fix it. This took another day. Finally I thout everything was fixed and started using the car. But again an issue in the car door. the painting was pealing off. Could see the black color rust inside. when asked the service. they said they will fix it without any charge (as if I will pack for their mistake). Forgot to mention one more stuff. I changed my car tyre 2wice. Once it was a puncture (unfixable) and next time it burst while driving street. Service guys asked me question 'Did ur car tyre hit by a stone?'. I
    replied him no I was flying the car.

    "tyre kallu mela pogama parakuma?"

    When asked abt that. he said he cant do any.. so i had to pay 7k to change the tyres. After so many incident, I got fed-up with their service. Dono who will take responsible for these bad experience.
