The assembly line of a two-wheeler factory is the most interesting and also the best place to be for a motorcycle enthusiast. Unfortunately, not everyone has access to such places, but nevertheless, parts of it can always be seen thanks to the Internet.

Ducati released a video few days ago, where they have showcased the assembling of the new Multistrada 1200. Italian motorcycle manufacturers are known for the personal yet perfect touch they give to their machines. It not only gives it character, but a sense of personal belonging as well. The kind of planning needed to build such complex assembly lines is not a layman’s job. Just like other manufacturers Ducati uses the Just in Time technique, where all the components reach the required place at the correct time, not a minute before, nor a minute after.

The workers execute their work with such precision that they are to be truly appreciated. Starting from the engine assembly to adding the right panels at the right place needs tons of patience, effort and passion. We appreciate Ducati’s effort on this video and would love to see such videos of their entire line-up.
