Disappointed experience, regret waiting for this car. Hyundai does not know what comfort is, trying to squeeze 6 people in 4 seater car. How can the sales, product team that bad in assessing what customer wants in India and what competition is .

True Mileage Figures of Petrol Automatic Alcazar

The buying experience was amazing. After booking Alcazar, I was slightly worried about the fuel economy as so many reviews gave out very worrying figures, but now after driving few hundred Kilometers, I am now quite relieved. The car in heavy traffic conditions gives around 7.5 km/l, and in normal traffic with average speed around 30 kmph average is 10 km/l. On highways it is around 14 km/l.. This is very comparable to most petrol cars of equivalent size.

Alcazar useless car do not waste your money

Voice commands are not working which we liked and purchased the top model. Hyundai service is worst they are not interested to resolve the issue i have wasted my 23.5 lakh now planning to file consumer court case. Worst experience do not buy this car it's useless.

It can't be compared to Tata Safari

Alcazar cannot be compared to Tata Safari as tata has proved its build quality a lot and many things. Even it's power is great and interiors can be improved in Safari like Alcazar. Alcazar is much better in design and concepts.

Wonderful Experience with Alcazar

Wonderful experience. Very comfortable to drive. Interiors are high end and the entire experience is worth the money you spend. This is not a 6 or a 7 seater for adults but a family car with the third row for kids. Its easy to drive in cities and has ample space. With many first in segment features it's a perfect buy for a city traveler who likes to make occasional road trip.

Perfect family car ... Love to travel with alcazar.. perfect combination of Suv and mini Suv driving style .. happy customer service and amazing experience with Hyundai. Fun to drive suv.
