Get inside and its a pleasant surprise,Good space.Good.solid seats.Smooth engine.Nice gear box.Good midrange.excelllent ride.good top speed.Smooth ride.On par with cars twice expensive .Great for long distance as well as hilly roads.Done more than a lakh and twenty thousand kms. Still I wont let it go.Thankyou Volkwagen,

The buying experience was very simple as it was purchased as second owner. The interior was very beautiful and it feels like we are in very premium car. But the only thing I don't like is fuel power, it uses so much diesel and avg is just 13kmpl which I think is not good. It has also sunroof in it. Servicing is needed approx per 2 months.

When I visited Volkswagen showroom first time and saw this car,I wanted to buy it.I will buy this car within few months. It's look is nice so I gave it 4 star. If someone wants to buy this car I will definitely prefer him this car I his/her budget is approx the value of this car but it's their choice that which car they want to buy. Pros 1. Cool infotainment system. 2. Great gas mileage. 3. Solid built in safety features. Cons 1. Lack of active space unless upgraded. 2. Cheap feeling interior. 3. Suspension sometimes unresponsive.

After 3 years my Jetta (old model) started giving complaints. My car was under extended warranty to they told no problem they will rectify it. Three times I have taken the vehicle for repair for AC and after my extended warranty period they have told that compressor and other parts to be changed.

Finally I decided to change the sparts. 

Pooh- It costed my one lakh to get it repaired.

Now again its not working - They are telling blower has  to be replaced - Rs 30000. This is clear incompetency from the service part.

I am driving my jetta without Air conditioning now.

Poor service and maintenance.

Talked to service persons in the Thiruvananthapuram. They are telling I need to spend again on the blower to make it run. Earlier also the total air conditioning system used to become totally slient for which I have taken it for repair.

Now it seems that Compressor was not required to be change only blower needs to be changed. Unnecessarily I have spend One lakh Rs.

Driving experienceAir conditioning and Alloy wheels

A very good experience with this car in all ways like in buying or in riding , it is perfect car .Its look is so stylish but only the major thing is missing is sunroof, if sunroof is in this car then i give best car award to this car .Its maintence cost is too much high its servicing and maintenance cost is genuine

Exterior Looks elegant and classy, espically with those highline wheels and bi-xenon headlamps with DRL's. Superb build quality and german engineering ofcourse a hit.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Classy yet built to last with quality materials and good colour combinations. Awesome wood finishes and bright leathers compliment the luxury feel. Not to miss those cool features like cooled glove box, cruise control, rain sensing wipers, dual zone climate control, 12 way adjusable electric driver seat withlumbar support and height adjustment for passanger seat. And those Bi-xenon headlamps with curve and cornering fuction with headlights washers ajust feels so convinent and premium.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Soild power, excellet punch and best of fuel economy, 19kmpl to be precise. Besides 140hp and 320 nm of torque is just enjoyable.

Ride Quality & Handling Exceptional road grip and high spped stability. Not to forget that rear indipendent suspension offers great ride quality and stability at high sppeds. Infact its my first car to hit 200 kmph. Yet rock soild at the speed. Truly exceptional.

Final words It is as advertised worth everything, actually more than worth it.

Areas of improvement Service network and Sunroof sorely missed.
