Will never buy a mahindra again !!!

Exterior design is ok but still needs a lot and lot of improvement in fit and finish.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)long trips are felt really long and rear boot seats are not comfortableat all.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox gearbox failed at 17000 kms (8 months from purchase), got us stranded in a travel time and mahindra roadside assistance took a whole day(almost 25 hrs) respond, mahindra dealer was 15 kms away from us charged about 5000 rs to get it towed and fix the problem even though it was under warranty (the liquids were not covered which came out when they open the gearbox). 

 

Ride Quality & Handling very bumpy ride for rear passengers.

 

Final Words customer service is the worst, not at all worth spending over 12 lacs and get treated like you owe them. Even the head office response about my gearbox fail was poor. they are not at all bothered about customers concerns after purchase.

 

Areas of improvement  everywhere. 

Going to buy a tata safari storme in a month.
