    Please buy the car at your own risk since the after sales people will make u cry. The service center people hand over ur car to there security guards to drive who inturn will bang ur car leading to a lot of damages to ur car & then u r told not get hyper. If somebody knows then pls help me to escalte my issue which is stated below in detail.

    I have Linea emotion top end diseal .Bought in 2010 The car in it self is v gud till the time you don't need to get it serviced or take it to the service station.

    Ever since the day I bought the car I am struggling to get desent enough after sale service. when ever I take it to the service station for servcing or some kind of fix the car come out with at least two issues that have been created by the service center.

    You must read this incident that I am just now going to describe.

    My car met with an accident on 29th of Sept 2012 for which i had taken my car to the service center (Auto links enterprices Vasant Kunj , ND)on 29th Sept 2012. I was supposed to get my car in almost weeks times after lot of followup on 22nd Oct . Just 2 days before the date when they promised me to deliver it on 20th Oct i got a call from  Auto links stating me that my car has met with an accident at there end since there security guard had droven it.

    My car had been badly damaged resulting in a part replacement of right hand side both the doors , front right side body , bonut , front bumper, headlights . I was told that i should not worried since they r going to fix it at there cost & just that the car would be delived on 25th Oct instead of 22nd Oct . After lots & lots of followups & escalations they finally managed to give me my car on 29th Oct i.e. exactly 1 month from the date i had send my car to the service center with a promise that the car has been totally fixed.

    But with in 2 days from the date of delivery I pointed out 10 issues which were not fixed again the car went to the service station & only 5 issues could be fixed & till date i still have 5 issues pending in my car with status as not resolved. I really don't know whome to escalate this since these guys are horrible after changing almost all the exterior parts of my car they say that i sould not panic.

    My suggestions is that one should never ever pick a FIAT car.

    It's gud to drive & is value for money as compared to other cars of the same segmentThe after sales servcies that r provided are pathatic. It's ground clearence is not gud at all.
