who can buy nano?

people who had  earlier not at  all travelled in car,who own only two wheeler,who could not spend more than 2.0lakh for a car,who doesnt care about their safety,who just learn to drive a car&who wants to have pride owning a car can go &buy tata nano closing their eyes......
  It is worth just what we pay for nano.
 who should not buy nano then?
yes ..people who have already own any other brand cars.otherwise they might feel driving four door autorickshaw with steering!!!!
 I see so many compliment tata nano for fuel efficiency.If they are concerned only about fuel efficiency,why cant people drive just two wheeler.Given the engine cc of less than 650 cc,any engine can give the same fuel efficiency.
 The vehicle could not pass safety test at western/european countries.TATA would have done best service to the nation had they have not designed nano,by reducing traffic jams,petroleum imports&global warming.
good look,may be fuel economy for others,low budgetworst interior,unsafe for highways,less reliable materials
