We faced issues with delivery date. However, got it a day before wedding. Very happy and satisfied with the driving, looks, performance and comfort level is awesome. Pilot seats will give you relief and ease. Service from Maruti is a challenging task, you get immediate response on calls, but nothing of use when you physically visit their service center, it is said that the Nexa car service will not be addressed, does not even hold an accountability of providing solutions to the most of the customer problems. Mine was the first XL6 alpha auto to be booked and delivered by kts nexa so the dealer also was very excited at point of delivery. The xl6 is a great car to drive and has very good suspension suited for Indian roads. Yes it has an old school 4 speed torque converter but it is still very responsive. I get around 12 km/l in city and 16 to 18 km/l on highway. I have crossed 12000 km in these 3 years and not a single part failure till date. With a 5 year warranty from maruti I have total peace of mind. I recommend this car to all people who have a requirement of a 6 seater. Coming to NEXA experience.. Maruti claims NEXA is their premium stores and offers a premium experience..definitely not a premium experience..just below average on how they respond to customers..normal Maruti showroom with sales executives wearing coats.
