I am writing this to warn buyers of the very poor quality of maintenance and parts that comes with the vehicle. As an example, within 2 1/2 years of owning this vehicle, have had to replace the clutch twice. The power window suddenly stops functioning.

The fuel door opener is of very poor quality leading to frquent dislocation. The AC is as good as redundant.

It has listless problems and there is very little they are doing anything about this. All you could see in media is their exeucitves talking and praising themselves as if they have given high quality product in the market when the fact is - it beats Maruti 800 in terms of quality of accessories/functionality/.. At least Maruti is known for very low on maintenance, but XUV appears to be the worst product in the market. Frequent breakdown etc seems to be the only hallmark. The initial euphoria dies down as you start encountering one problem after another. And this is not just me but across the users I have interacted with.
